We have been here for one week holiday. The position of the complex is quite convenient (it is located near the most beautiful and populated area in St. Paul's Bay), but our experience was not satisfactory at all. The building is very old, the room cleaning service below the minimum acceptable level (no liquid soap refill, no towels change) and the shower very difficult to use. The balcony was "equipped" with dirty chairs and sunbeds, and the air conditioning device of the room aside leaking water into our area. In case your neighbours are noisy, it's difficult to sleep because there is almost no separation between the balconies. Cooking is impossible with the equipment provided. Swimming pool looks more like a tub than a real one. According to our reservation, breakfast should have been included, but we were asked to pay again at check in to add it. Not suggested even for a short stay.

C'est la 6ème fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement. Malheureusement, je trouve que cela s'est dégradé et qu'il mériterait une petite rénovation. C'est très vétuste et le ménage laisse à désirer. La kitchenette n'est pas suffisamment équipée (pas de grille pain, de bol ou de cafetière ...) En revanche, j'ai pu quitter ma chambre un peu plus tard que l'heure prévue. Je dois tout même vous dire que la localisation est parfaite, tout est proche (bus, resto, supermarchés, pubs), c'est juste en face de l'aquarium et la vue sur la mer est fantastique !

The room where we were had a sort of sound that didn't let me sleep the first night. The other nights, with ear plugs, it worked better.

The property is well located, there is a bus station about five minutes walk from the property so if you take the X3 bus from the airport you you literally get off at the last stop Bugibba, and it cost only two euro. The national aquarium is about three minutes walk away and there are various places to swim and do water sports basically on the doorstep. The swimming pool was a let down as it was basically an overly large tub on the roof of the hotel. There are numerous different types of restaurants and pubs close by and at least two supermarkets Iceland and Wellbees, if you wanted to cook in the room. Our room had a large fridge, a two ring hot plate crockery, pots and pans. The room was nothing fancy, but it could easily hold a large family as there was a front room with two single beds that could be put together or separated as needed, good size television and a dining table with chairs. There was a bedroom down the corridor with a large double bed and a single bed in it. Since we only really needed it to sleep it was more than adequate. The staff were all friendly. I loved watching the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening and this could easily be done by walking for just a few minutes.

Stanza ampia soleggiata ed areata, rispondente alle caratteristiche dichiarate. Struttura situata a poche decine di metri dalla stazione dei bus, vicino a trattorie e servizi commerciali ed in prossimità del mare. La zona è non rumorosa, il soggiorno è stato tranquillo e gestito in massima autonomia. Personale sempre presente alla reception, gentile che mette a proprio agio e cerca di venire incontro per risolvere i problemi, sforzandosi di interloquire anche nella lingua dell'utente.

I was there for a full month. Kitchen not supplied with enough tools to cook a good meal. Two burner plate positioned at half level of counter, so low I had to sit in a chair to cook. No grab bars in shower. Not a place I would ever return to or recommend for more than a few days stay. Staff were nice.

This is hard for me to write, as the staff were nice and extremely accommodating to special requests. However, let me review some key issues: CONS - they did not respond to the emails I sent via Expedia. Fortunately I found an alternate email on their website and they replied to that. - I was told to get off at the wrong bus stop, which meant a 20-minute walk back in the heat carrying a heavy bag - upon arrival to my room, no power as the neighbour had tripped to circuit - furniture and appliances EXTREMELY outdated. - bathroom dark and tub had a huge patch on it. Water kept leaking out onto the floor as the curtain doesnt extend full length - left a wet bath mat on floor for cleaning. You would think housekeeping would replace with a dry one, but no, I returned to the same wet mat - walls are paper thin - neighbouring tenant had children that would run around the room and halls and scream at all times of day, including late night and early morning. I asked the hotel to address this, and they wouldn't. Another guest has commented as well. The noise level only got worse to the extent it affected my sleep. - room smelled PROS - location - helpful staff - they have troubleshooted their lack of amenities by offering such items as adapters, bottled water for sale, etc - breakfast buffet was good - rooftop terrace with benches and a small above-ground pool In summary, this property is extremely old and needs to be updated. It's also noisy.

Good location, good price.

The property is in a great location, the staff very friendly and helpful with a 24hr desk. The property needs a refurb, but if you take that into consideration it was functional, and spacious. The rooms are large, but don't expect luxury.

Yöpyminen itsessään sujui hyvin. Huone ja huonekalut olivat kuluneita ja vanhanaikainen, ei vastannut hintaa. Wi-fi toimi huoneessa pätkien. Näköala huoneesta ja parvekkeelta oli useille rakennustyömaille, alueella rakennetaan vahvasti. Parveke oli likainen ja epäviihtyisä. Alueella usein esiintyvä blood rain likaa kaiken hetkessä kuin ei koskaan olisi siivottu, mutta kalusteet sielläkin olivat epämiellyttävän vanhat, kauhtuneet.

Un po' troppo trascurata. Il rubinetto del cucinotto svitato che bisognava tenerlo stretto per usarlo, la manopola dello sciacquone anche, comunque adattandosi un po' si può soggiornare.

Je recommande les appart-hotels Qawra point hotel complexe, je suis resté 2 mois dans un appartement et clairement le rapport qualité prix est excelent. Le personnel est très très très serviable et aimable. Attention au service de laverie, le sèche-linge fait rétraicir les vetements. La cuisine manquait d'ustensils basiques mais dans l'ensemble les appartements sont bien équipés compte tenu du faible cout d'une nuit.

Accueil et personnel très sympathique et efficace. Ouvert h24. Parking facile dans la rue ou rues avoisinantes. Au 4e, belle vue ! Appartement avec 2 chambres en plus de piece principale avec cuisine, salle a manger et télévision. Qawra est à mi-chemin entre La Vallette et Gozo, ideal pour rayonner sur l'île. Et avec ca, un excellent rapport qualité prix (fin fevrier debut mars)

Staff were really friendly and helpful, lovely family that run the hotel. Thoroughly recommend, the only reason i left was to get an apartment long term to live in Malta but the owners were so nice that anytime i pop pass through the area i will stop off and pop in to say hello and have a beer.
