Fab-u-ous! The part we stayed in has only just opened & some landscaping still taking place outside but didn't cause any issues. All the staff were brilliant, large room, spotlessly clean & the food excellent. Lovely pool area & a short walk to hop on, hop off bus stop or the hotel offers a shuttle to some locations. Couldn't fault anything, we will be going back next year.

Room was not properly furnished. One small round table plus 2 beds was the total sum of furniture in the room. Not 1 chair in the room. Walls bare, no pictures or anything??? Check in was a disaster. long queues, only 2 desks for checkin. Waited alosmt 45 minutes just to check in. Staff all curteous and no problems there.

Excellent view and spacious room, and every staff I met was kind and helpful. I got half-board service in the hotel, those were so nice! Every dinner had a variety menu that I can make a choice and enjoy meals.

6 napot töltöttünk a hotelben. A félpanzió bőseges volt, az italokért fizetni kellett a vacsoránál. A tenger tiszta, a medencék tiszták, sósvízűek. A hotel környékén semmi nincs, mindenhova taxival jártunk. A személyzet kedves, udvarias, segítőkész. Családi nyaralásra ajánlom, illetve pihenésre.

I feel it's important to warn you that there is construction going on at the hotel and on the grounds. The superior room with a sea view included: construction noise (a nightmare from 8:00 a.m. onwards), noise from large air-conditioning units under the windows (a view of the construction site and the windows of the adjacent building), a very noisy ventilation system in the toilet and room (it turned on at night), a "singing toilet"... noise from the neighbors. A very uncomfortable pillow, a hot blanket. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Struttuta ottima con molti servizi, in fase di ampliamento. Nota dolente il cibo.

Schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und das Zimmer war Top mit Blick auf das Meer. Liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit Uber, Bolt etc.. ist es kein Problem die recht kleine Insel zu erkunden. Dafür ist der Hafen, um nach Gozo zu kommen in der Nähe und das Hotel selber bietet Bootstouren an.

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön, besonders die mit Meeresblick.

Super Hotel in schöner Lage. Nahe der Fähre nach Gozo

Unsere Panorama-Suite war sehr großzügig und hatte 2 Bäder. Die erste Auffüllung der Minibar war inclusive. Der Balkon war 15 Meter lang. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass zum Wochenende die Einheimischen wohl ans Meer fahren wollten unter unter unserem Balkon lautstark ihr Camping ausgepackt und aufgebaut haben. Durchgängig lief ein Kompressor.

Séjour vraiment très compliqué, entre les erreurs de chambres, le bruit généré par les travaux qui ont lieu dans l’hôtel, le buffet façon cantine, et le manque de formation du personnel et aucun manager de présent pour trouver des solutions ..sans l’aide de l’un des réceptionnistes ne serions repartis immédiatement.. Pourtant l’établissement est plutôt joli mais cela est clairement gâché par tout le reste ..

Unterkunft war sehr gut, Zimmer mit super Ausblick. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Das Benehmen am Pool ließ zu wünschen übrig, Getränke im Pool wurden nicht unterbunden und der Radau war teils sehr ausgeprägt. Den Pool haben wir daher gemieden.

Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Essen. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es ist noch nicht fertig gebaut und das wurde nicht so ehrlich kommuniziert.

The suite was beautiful and clean but the towels were skimpy and the bed was hard as a rock. Pools were fabulous and we were also able to snorkel of the property.

Alles in allem ok, super Buffet, Personal sehr nett, aber Bereiche, die man verbessern müsste. Geruch: immer wieder kloakenartiger Geruch, der nach Auskunft der Rezeption von den Pflanzenschutzmitteln käme aber wohl demnächst andere Mittel verwendet würden. Aber mich ekelt, wenn ich das von und zum Speisesaal zweimal täglich riechen muss. Da vergeht mir der Appetit. Auch auf Balkon und Zimmer 5. Stock) war es immer wieder präsent. Die Klimaanlage kann nicht beeinflusst werden und startet, entgegen der Aussage, dass sie bei offener Balkontür nicht tut, trotzdem. Auch der Abzug im Bad ist sehr laut. Bei einem Event in der Hauptstadt war eine grössere Gruppe Jugendlicher da, die im Hotel und am Pool Party gemacht haben. Ich mag im Urlaub niemand vor meiner Poolliege erbrechen sehen, da kann ich auch an Ballermann. Die Hotelleitung sollte auf dieses Geld lieber verzichten.
