The door to the balcony/terrasse in our room could not be closed and locked, so we requested another room. The second room was also at the very end of the corridor - great exercise (joking). Glad we were given a gadget to control the heat in the room, or we would have been cold. Not what I expected for Malta. Very friendly staff at the main desk, and very helpful for ordering a car to take us to the airport at 4 o'clock in the morning. Sorry that there was no coffee or tea or water heater in the room. Excellent restaurant (Moro Bistrot) almost across the street. Superb tuna tartare and linguini with sea urchins and raw red prawns, before the swordfish mains.

The Staff were ok but the hotel is ageing and looks and feels it. The Showers were poor in both Rooms; it took an eternity to get a sustainable flow at a reasonable temperature. The TV's; one didn't work at all and the one that did had only one English Channel Option with Subtitles, supposedly available in English; but not in reality. In my first Room I was bitten constantly; despite fresh bedding. So they gave me a new Room; the biting returned after just one night. The only redeeming feature was the Hotel's decent Location.

Hej, Vår vistelse på hotellet var tyvärr mycket dålig och levde inte alls upp till förväntningarna. Vi reste dit på semester, men hela familjen hade stora svårigheter att sova på grund av stök och otrygghet. Det var mycket fylla och bråk i korridorerna, med gäster som drack för mycket under nätterna. Det luktade hasch, och mitt i natten gick brandlarmet eftersom en gäst hade rökt inne på sitt rum. Vi tvingades då springa ut, vilket var mycket obehagligt. Rummets standard var också under all kritik. Sängarna var i mycket dåligt skick, och duschen saknade fungerande avlopp. Vatten rann ut i resten av badrummet, vilket gjorde golvet extremt halt och farligt. Vi hade även köpt frukost, men den var en katastrof och mycket undermålig – det går knappt att beskriva hur dålig den var. Sammanfattningsvis är vi mycket missnöjda med vistelsen och skulle aldrig rekommendera detta hotell till någon. Vi förväntar oss att ni tar detta klagomål på allvar och återkommer med en lösning eller kompensation.

Il riscaldamento non andava, e la stanza decadente con piastrelle staccate. Il personale invece e stato super gentile e accogliente

Nel complesso più che sufficiente, pulito, centrale. Per chi cerca l'essenziale. Poco insonorizzato, purtroppo coppia di vicini di camera ( ambigui rumorosi a tarda notte). Freddo, perchè non sapevo di dover chiedere il telecomando. Prese internazionali da chiedere.

O cardápio do café era bem limitado o ar condicionado ruim

A entrada é um pouco confusa, chegamos a noite e por falta de iluminação ficamos perdidas, mas o hotel é bem reconhecido na região o que facilitou a localização depois de alguns minutos. O prédio é antigo, mas nada demais, a piscina não tem aquecimento e o quarto para pegar o controle é preciso deixar uma nota de 20 euros como garantia.

Perfect location in San Julian. Building is getting old, but everything works fine. I had few issues with the internet but the staff was quick to bring me solutions, which I really appreciated. Be ware of some house maid who enters your room even when the "do not disturb" sign is at the door.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione centrale, il personale di reception è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, l'hotel è datato e la pulizia è molto scarsa

Il gabinetto non funzionava, perdeva acqua nel bagno. Doveva esserci la colazione inclusa e invece si doveva pagare. Luce del balcone non funzionante.
