温莎酒店

酒店位置很好，临近海边，去瓦莱塔的公交也在附近。清晨沿着海边漫步，很舒服。设施稍显陈旧，但卫生状况还不错。早餐略单调，而且时间有点晚，8点才上全，想早点出去散步，然后赶去开会的我们只能牺牲早餐了。

Det hotel er ikke til 4 stjerner. Jeg kan til nød sige 2 stjerner. Der er 2 små elevatorer, hvoraf den ene har sit eget liv. Du skal være heldig at komme til den etage, du vil op på. Den anden var ok, men en dag kom elevatoren ikke efter 17 minutter. Måtte tage trappen, for knægten i receptionen var ligeglad. Han skulle snakke privat i telefon. Morgenmaden er heller ikke 4 stjerner, men ok, hvis man ikke selv gider at gå ud og finde noget. Det eneste, der var til 4 stjerner, var rengøringen.

Le personnel est agréable. Petit déjeuner bon mais paq tres variés. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel. Apreq hotel a proximité des villes comme la valette.

the staff were very courteous and helpful. We were given a room which was not a superior one. I complained and they moved us to another room the next day. The room was clean and quiet. It had facilities to make tea and coffee, a tv and internet connection too. Both bathrooms needed proper maintenance as they had mould on the mastic and grout. The sink had no plug so could not be used for shaving or washing.

Reception staff friendly, but useless when it's about to solve problems. House keeping knocking at your door before 8am. Beds are old and unstable. Walls are thin. Water gets cold after 5 mins. Sometimes there's no pressure in showers. And sink stinks. Elevator is noisy if you're staying on the upper floors. Staircase between floor 3 and 4 smells cat piss. Wi-fi is bad or non-existent in the upper floors. Sauna isn't working. Poolside not too bad but no views and surrounded by higher buildings. Breakfast is fine and the only thing worth the price in this hotel, and the staff there are really friendly and professional. You'd better pay twice the price and go somewhere else, they know the building is old, they know many things are not functional and they just don't care.

Prisvärt, enkelt och rent, trevlig personal, enkel men helt ok frukost, men ett hotel med nära allt, bara 50 meter från den underbara strandpromenaden!

An hour to find me a room thag i had pre booked, no shower door and shower kept goimg off and on. Horrendous cold and dark room. Never again.

4 stelle? L’hotel è un due stelle al massimo. Vecchio, sporco, maltenuto, doccia pessima! Mi chiedo come si possa classificare una struttura del genere come 4 stelle, non esiste una normativa comune in tutta l’Unione europea?

Dit hotel is amper 2 sterren waard,kamer hopeloos verouderd,badkamer hangt aaneen met siliconen en gaf een vieze indruk (douche/bad geen gordijn ,douche kop los in het bad).Ontbijt miserabel.Personeel was wel vriendelijk maar dat maakt de rest niet goed.Liften ,bij ons zouden ze deze verbieden nog te gebruiken,ronduit versleten.Met 2sterren te geven ben ik nog mild.

The whole hotel had water leaks and it smelled very damp. Our room started leaking water late at night and could not sleep. We asked to be changed to another room and reception said they will fix the leak. The room though it did not leak, was still very damp. The location was good but the condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired.

Well located hotel but poor facilities. The hotel needs renovation.

Disastro totale – un “hotel” da incubo! Peggiore esperienza mai avuta in un albergo. Struttura fatiscente, sporca e trascurata, sembra uscita dagli anni ’70 e mai più toccata da una mano di manutenzione. Avevamo prenotato e pagato in anticipo, ma al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che l’hotel era pieno e che la nostra prenotazione “non esisteva”. Il tizio alla reception, completamente impreparato e menefreghista, ha finto di non capire. Dopo pochi minuti è arrivato un altro gruppo con lo stesso identico problema, prenotato tramite un altro sito. È evidente che questo posto vive di truffe e overbooking, prendendo soldi senza garantire camere. Un comportamento vergognoso, scorretto e da denuncia. Evitatelo come la peste — ci sono ostelli che trattano meglio i clienti!

Horrible. No hot water shower two days. No breakfast. WiFi bad connexion. Swimming cold, jacuzzi cold, sauna out of order. Room old and dirty room, no change of towels during the stay. very horrible

Mukava sijainti. Kylpyhuone haisi pahalta. Hissi toimi hitaasti ja piti yötä päivää kauheaa meteliä Breakfast oli hyvä.

Séjour très décevant. L’hôtel manque cruellement d’hygiène : la chambre n’était pas propre à notre arrivée, la salle de bain sentait l’humidité et les draps semblaient déjà utilisés. Aucun suivi du service — personne à la réception pour répondre à nos demandes, et le ménage n’a jamais été fait pendant plusieurs jours. Le petit-déjeuner est pauvre et mal présenté, sans aucune attention aux clients. Franchement, cet établissement ne mérite pas ses étoiles et ne reflète pas du tout les photos du site. Je ne recommande pas du tout, surtout pour le prix demandé.
