酒店位置很好，临近海边，去瓦莱塔的公交也在附近。清晨沿着海边漫步，很舒服。设施稍显陈旧，但卫生状况还不错。早餐略单调，而且时间有点晚，8点才上全，想早点出去散步，然后赶去开会的我们只能牺牲早餐了。

I stayed here as there was meant to be a pool and jacuzzi and sauna but on my arrival I discovered both the sauna and jacuzzi were out of action. This was very disappointing. Reception said they might be ok tomorrow. They weren't and even worse the pool area was locked with a sign saying the pool was closed due to works. No works occurred all day so to lock us out of using the sunbeds was outrageous.

Chambre sale , piscine sale ! Je déconseille vraiment à fuir ! 4 étoiles ??? Inadmissible ça équivaut même pas à 1 étoile en France La piscine est pleine de saleté ( cailloux , bétons ..) Des bêtes dans la salle de bain Les portes qui ne ferment pas .. Le sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas Je déconseille fortement ! L’hygiène n’y est pas du tout

Nous sommes resté 10jours dans l’hôtel et nous ne reviendrons pas. La première chambre que nous avons eu était horrible et très sale. Heureusement nous avons pu changer de chambre grâce au réceptionniste qui était compréhensif et très gentil, la 2 eme chambre était mieux mais le nettoyage restait à désirer. La piscine à fuir ! Pas de nettoyage ni de remise à neuf de la piscine. Il y avait un projecteur qui se détacher de la piscine et la piscine était vraiment très sale, celle de l’intérieur était plus propre.

Disappointing yet you get used to it. 2 lifts are provided but 1 was out of order and the second is slow and stops at every floor or sometimes stopping at wrong floor. It is a 4 star hotel for the services yet you really cannot use the services such as bar, we'll I didn't bother trying to us. I really wanted to use the jacuzzi and swimming pool, but they were too dirty to use and Jacuzzi out of order. Room was tidy but the condition was not clean enough. Each floor had mould smell, they were trying to mask the smell and the mould with painting. The breakfast building had strong smell of mould that hurt my throat for 3 days. Half the time the provision was not provided by concierge because they didn't have what we needed. The noise was not good as the noise of the lift was constant, you can hear it operating. No sound proof as people in corridors talking, you can hear. Aside from the bad stuff, these are the good things: tv works, air con works, water and toilet works well. Room door key works well, I love it as it is easy to lock and unlock. They provided things we needed the next day. Breakfast food were right temperature and abundance supplied. A HD smart TV was added on my last day of the breakfast. Staff were nice, they did their job and cleaned well. This is clearly NOT a 4 star hotel, it is a 2 star hotel. Strange thing is I started growing custom to the hotel, or getting used to it.

Hotel segnalato 4 stelle, in realtà 2. In terrazza, la vasca idromassaggio non funziona da mesi e l'acqua della piscina non sembra molto pulita. Nella stanza, anziché box doccia c'è la vasca senza però maniglie per usare la doccia in sicurezza. Tv non utilizzabile, i canali non sono accessibili. Chiesto letto matrimoniale, invece ho trovato 2 letti separati. Chiesto alla reception altro cuscino, ma niente. L'unica nota positiva, la posizione e la gentilezza del portiere (ma inutile in quanto non in grado di accontentare il cliente).

Très décevant concernant l’état de la chambre : pas de draps à l’arrivée (on a dû attendre le lendemain), serviettes mouillées, abattant des toilettes cassé et trop petit, fuites au lavabo et au flexible de douche, porte fenêtre cassée, rideau de douche degueulasse ainsi que la cuvette des toilettes et les matelas, pas de piles dans la télécommande, sommier cassé... Heureusement nous avons été bien accueillies par Yendi et Genti qui ont été très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Nombreux services mis en avant sur le site hors service : bar, jaccuzzi, hamman et piscine non entretenue (eau trouble, bord moisis).

Plus : Bon accueil, personnel courtois, à l'écoute. Séjour agréable. Moins : La propreté générale est à améliorer. La connexion wifi n'est pas bonne.

Leider wurde der Zimmer Service nicht richtig gemacht. Es wurden höchstens Handtücher ausgetauscht und das Bett gemacht, aber man musste mehrmals nachfragen und die Toilette war nach wie vor dreckig und wurde nicht gesäubert. Die Tür der Toilette war komplett kaputt bzw der Griff, sodass wir uns garnicht getraut haben diese zu schließen.

J’ai préféré changer d’hôtel pour rattraper mon séjour. Piscine sale, on n’y voit pas ses pieds ! Literie avec des planches. Débit de la douche (après une journée de visite) : faible. Personnel bruyant- qui nous réveille ! À éviter à tout prix !

Hotellihuoneessa haisi kosteus ja home ja se myös näkyi katossa. Pyysimme huoneenvaihtoa, mutta rmmr saaneet. Yksi sängyistä hajosi. Suihkusta ei tullut lämminyä vettä kuin joka toinen kerta. Vessanpönttö oli likainen ja vessapaperia oli niukasri. Käsipyyhkeitä ei ollut. Terassin ovi oli rikki. Hissi oli epäilyttävä ja pelotti, että jäisimme sinne jumiin. Hotelli oli todella vanhanaikainen eikä voida ymmärtää miten hotelli oli arvioitu neljän tähden hotelliksi. Hotellin taso vastasi yhtä tähteä. Ulkouima-allas oli ok, sisäallas erittäin likainen. Aamiaishuoneen henkilökunta ystävällistä ja aamiainen aivan ok. Hotellin henkilökunta oli pääasiassa ystävällistä, mutta välillä vadtaanottovirkailijan piti viihdyttää ystäviään.

Dåligt med varmvatten i duschen, trångt i korridorerna. Viss personal var inte seviceminded. Lyhört, störande när andra gäster gick i korridoren

La cosa positiva è la posizione, ma: 1.Hanno due piscine ed entrambe non sono curate, sporche e nessuno è lì per controllare. (Quella indoor aveva l'acqua torbida e quella esterna ero sporca con tante macchie.) L'idromassaggio è senza acqua. 2. Camere non curate. C'è un gran buco nella porta del bagno, lo sciacquone non funziona bene e scorre l'acqua facendo tanto rumore; la doccia funziona male ed è impossibile lavarsi bene. Le tende (nella mia stanza) hanno pure dei buchi. 3. Alcuni del personale conoscono solo l'inglese. 4. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni e nessuno ha pulito la stanza e nessuno ha cambiato lenzuola e tovaglie. 5. Gli ascensori sono vecchi e ci stanno tanto ad arrivare; addirittura in uno non si vedono i numeri mentre si sale o scende. Stamattina in uno c'era tutta l'acqua per terra. Non mi vedranno mai più.

Cortinas que se caen al abrirlas, suciedad, antipatía en el servicio, manchas de humedad en las paredes,el ascensor parece un túnel del terror, está todo echo polvo, se cae a cachos toques lo que toques. No vayáis

Non capisco tutte le recensioni negative, nel nostro caso è andata abbastanza bene. Sapevamo che non era un hotel a 5 stelle dato anche il prezzo.. , l’aria condizionata funzionava bene, eravamo al 5 piano e fortunatamente non c’erano scarafaggi, la donna delle pulizie non cambiava le tovaglie sempre ma una volta che gli si chiedeva le dava senza problemi.. certo una non deve aspettarsi il massimo ma non era assolutamente così negativo come descrivono.

Excellent location and nice pool on the roof!

Overall the place was good. But the rooms was in a bad shape, cracked tiles on the floor. Potential dangerous when walking barefoot, quite sharpe edges. It was an hole in the wall, and the paint was sloppy done. Several areas that needed patching. In the bathroom there was no shelves for storage, and the toiletpaper holder was broken off. Besides that, a big room with good aircon. Also very sentral location, close to the ocean.

Everything was good quality for the price! We only wished the beds were softer. The beds were not connected together, so we strapped them together (like we use to when travelling). It was sort of what you expect for this kind of price. We liked our stay and the staff made our journey better!
