The place was very quiet and clean. The rooms were spacious. You do need to rent a towel for €3 if you don’t have one with you. I would recommend staying here.

J’ai été très bien accueilli par le personnel de l’hostel, tout était très propre et très calme, je ne m’y attendais pas ! Les autres vacanciers ont su respecter l’intimité de chacun et le calme. De plus, le prix est très abordable et un emplacement idéal sur l’île à mon goût !! En bas de la rue vous pourrez trouver bars/cafés/restaurants/supermarchés mais aussi les stations de bus et le ferry pour se rendre sur les îles!

Great sta

The room is nice enough for what is. But the listing said there would be a terrace/balcony there was not. There’s also no window - again the listing images showed a window. I also didn’t like how the male receptionist came in (knocking first of course, but even so it should have been a female. He didn’t say why he came in and this made me a bit uneasy knowing he can come in whenever. When I asked he showed me the rota to check the rooms which is a valid reason but still a women should be doing this considering it’s an all female dorm. It is a bit overpriced for a hostel. None the less it did the job beds were very comfy but a lack of window and just one fan made it so hot in there to sleep comfortably

Ett väldigt trevligt hostel – faktiskt ett av de bästa jag har bott på. Vi bodde i Vanilla Room, som mer liknar ett hotellrum. Rummet var rent och fräscht, med en skön säng och en riktigt bra dusch. Det finns dock ingen hiss, så för den som har svårt att gå kan det vara lite besvärligt att ta sig upp. Läget är utmärkt, med närhet till både restauranger och färjeläget. Överlag ett fantastiskt hostel som jag varmt kan rekommendera!

Ich habe mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es war meine erste Erfahrung in einem Hostel und ich war positiv überrascht. Es war insgesamt etwas hellhörig, aber noch auszuhalten. Die Lage war wirklich perfekt. Man hatte die besten Bus- und Fährverbindungen. In der Nähe waren jede Menge Restaurants und Bars. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal.

Peaceful Friendly Environment

Schönes kleines und vor allem sauberes Hostel in der Nähe der Airport Busstation mitten ins Sliema. Kleine Küche und nur ein sehr kleiner Gemeinschaftsraum, daher eher nicht für Party suchende geeignet.

Apesar de ter achada a hospedagem cara, valeu pela comodidade. Muito perto da parte da orla de Sliema, de onde há ônibus para varias parte de Malta e para o aeroporto, além da balsa para Valleta. Porém, o ônibus do aeroporto até o hostel não é direto, tal como no caminho inverso. Há supermercados próximo. O quarto com 4 camas é bem espaçoso, mas não tem cortina de privacidade. Além disso, o banheiro dentro do quarto não tem lugar para apoiar sabonete e shampoo enquanto se toma banho. A cozinha é bem equipada. É possível deixar as malas na recepção antes do check-in e após o check-out. Ponto negativo para não deixarem poucas horas antes, mesmo tendo a cama já pronta (fui acordado em 2 dias seguidos quando entraram no quarto para fazer a arrumação da cama às 10h da manhã, o que demonstra que já poderia haver cama pronta no dia que cheguei, às 11h da manhã. Passei a noite viajando, e tive que dormir e esperar numa cadeira na área comum do lounge, até a hora do check-in).

Spa in the hostel

Stayed 3 nights in the Green room, bed 6.. The room had 6 bunks and had an ensuite bathroom. Each bunk had a locker underneath the bottom bunk and required a padlock to secure. The bunks are custom made wooden frames and very solid. Each bunk came with a private light and two universal electrical sockets i.e. you shouldn’t need an adapter. There were two large pillows, a light sheet and a thicker blanket, depending on your preference. The mattress was thick and about medium firmness. A comfortable bed to sleep on. There’s also a balcony, although it does really have a view and is also above the hostel kitchen. The ensuite bathroom was very spacious with a walk-in shower. Water pressure was good and there was no problem getting hot water. The bathroom was clean when I got there and it seemed to be cleaned everyday I was there. There’s Wifi available throughout the hotel and works well. Overall, I had a fantastic stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a shared kitchen with lots of opportunities to chat with other guests. The kitchen has all the utensils, pots, pans and plenty of fridge space for cooking too. The location is perfect, about a 5 minutes walk to Sliema Waterfront and the Sliema Ferry to Valletta. There’s plenty of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes around.

Upea ja todella siisti paikka! Uudet tilat ainut miinus, että keittiössä kaasuhella toimi vähän huonosti.
