Un séjour inoubliable dans un véritable petit paradis ! 🌴✨ L’hôtel est d’une propreté impeccable, le service absolument parfait. Nous avons été reçus comme des rois, dès notre arrivée et tout au long de la semaine, grâce à la bienveillance et au sourire de Nicoletta. Une lune de miel magique, remplie de douceur et d’attentions ! 💕 Un immense merci à Sheila, Anisha et à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme — vous avez rendu notre séjour exceptionnel ! 🙏💛

Superbes prestations Endroit idyllique Personnels très accueillants

Wij hebben onwijs genoten van ons verblijf hier. Het personeel is allemaal even vriendelijk, de stranden en de zee zijn waanzinnig. Bedjes bij het zwembad en strand zijn top. Eten is ook erg goed, zowel ontbijt als diner. Wij hadden halfpension en de drankjes zijn niet goedkoop, maar dit hadden we wel verwacht. De kamer was prima. Schoon, alles wat je nodig had, maar niet overdreven luxe. De spa was ook goed. Lekkere massage gehad, wederom wel weer prijzig, maar prima. Kortom, heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Das Meer war bezaubernd schön, vor allem hat mir die Breite vom Strand und Zugang gefallen. In den meisten andere Hotels nebenan gibt es eher einen schmalen Zugang zum Meer. Das Restaurant Dolce Vita war sehr gut. Der Service und das Personal waren unglaublich freundlich.

Hôtel bien situé dans une zone protégée du vent (relatif). Je vous conseille de prendre la demi pension, car les prix restent élevés pour manger a la carte ou buffet. Par contre tres bon accueil

We were treated like absolute royalty the whole time. Staff are so attentive and managers keen to make sure we were happy throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was consistently high standard and Babita was always so friendly and accommodating. The food and drink offerings were amazing, with lots of different venues within the resort, each with their own unique characters. The Italian restaurant was my favourite. There were so many water sports available as well as other activities. The evening entertainment showed a variety of musical acts, with special event evenings as well that were brilliantly implemented. The spa is beautiful as well. Ambre represents excellent value for money with all the little extras that are included. We really hope to return!

The stay was very memorable, the dining experience was great, however it was hard to book for the 2 other restaurants. The room was a bit underwhelming, nothing special even the walls were not completely straight, painting on them was second rate, some hard to reach places were full of dust or sand which may be acceptable for some given the location, but for us it was a slight letdown. It was not unclean by any means but for a 4 star hotel we’d expect more. We had also trouble to get the 2 bottles of water every day, one day we had to call 5 times and ended up grabbing it ourselves. Some staff were not very helpful, but some went the extra mile and more. Which is why I can recommend the place. The taxi liaison lady was excellent in coordinating our trips and Chef Kenny at the La Plage was incredible. He made our honeymoon dinner unforgettable. I would go back there, when its not season to make it a bit more affordable, for the price we paid I’d expect a bit more.

We were welcome by Nicoletta who make every effort to answer all our concerns .All the staffs including the team at the boat house ,staff organising the volleyball in the afternoon cleaners and porters are courteous and make me proud to be Mauritian leaving abroad .

Duett pool

Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing. If you book during week days as I did, you don't get all the services you need. Another anoying part is the first come first served process on everything. People getting up at 5 in the morning to get a chair by the pool. I'm not a morning person so I couldn't get a place near the pool. Same with the restorants. All "fully booked" from before

Toller Strand und sehr gute Auswahl beim Essen, auch viele Veranstaltungen. Toll werden z.B. Sportevents veranstaltet. Ich hätte allerdings vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag Durchfall (2 Wochen), frage mich, ob das Trink-Wasser (auch beim kochen) wirklich sauber ist. Hygiene ist nicht die Stärke des Hotels. Bei der Ankunft waren an der Duschwand Haare, auf der Toilette am Boden und sogar auf dem Deckel der Wasserflasche (verklebt auf dem Deckel). Auch auf dem Gelände rennen nach dem Abendessen einige Mäuse im Gelände umher. Zu guter letzt gab es noch eine 10cm grosse Kakerlake im Zimmer, hat Frontdesk aber nicht interessiert. Auweja…

Average room not that clean. You pay for the view. Good service nice food.
