Excellent resort. Every convenience and accommodation considered. Relaxed, high service with a warm friendly touch.

Service was good. Friendly helpful staff. Good food, nice location. Massage/ spa was good. Always had a smile. Good breakfast. Always went above to help if possible.

Fantastic resort with beautiful grounds and villas. The service is excellent. The staff is available nearly 24/7 for every need. The TVs in the rooms can be improved as they don’t have Netflix and chrome cast or apple screen share did not work.

We had a great family holiday at this resort, found the beach & poolside very relaxing. Disappointed by the level of service within the restaurants itself, a bit more due care needed by the staff. Great trip otherwise.

The property and the staff are fantastic.

We went for a long weekend break and this place is amazing. 2 bed villa is nice and large, with a huge garden space in the back too. The service is very good on the whole and everything is pretty much done through a WhatsApp chat, which is great. We had a couple of issues, but nothing too big that would make me not want to go back, the hospitality far outweighs any issues we had. I will probably go every year now, it's a great place.

The resort and accommodation, along with the Service was world class… however, as foodies celebrating our honeymoon the food was awful and the price simply didn’t reflect the quality.

First time at four seasons. Everything was perfect. From service to resort to amenities . Absolutely beautiful and nothing negative i can say.

A nice property, though designed like many these days with the intention of restricting visitors to the Four Seasons property only, so there is not a lot in the surrounding area. Some aspects of the property were disappointing - some facilities in the gym, like the steam room, were not working but guests were guided towards using the expensive spa instead. We have mixed experiences with the restaurants, which we were not ready for as Four Seasons resorts are usually well known for their food. The Indian restaurant was excellent, Bambou served its all-purpose role - although much of the fruit served at breakfast was unripe - but my wife and I were disappointed with a very salty meal at the Italian restaurant and the Asian restaurant was nothing special.

The resort is unique in the sense that each villa is beautifully designed. The service is next to none by staff where all staff from the bar, breakfast, beach, housekeeping and management could not have done enough. The food is excellent, though depending on your budget can be expense, but is comparable to other 5 star hotels. I would return there without hesitation.
