金色海滩度假村

Property was very old, dirty and not maintained. Staff was untrained and the food was disgusting. The Location on the ocean was nice, but they did not provide towels for the beach chairs. The mattress was very uncomfortable so I pulled back the sheet and was horrified at how dirty and disgusting was the mattress. Parking was very limited so that the cars had to park close together that you could not open your doors and had to remove the luggage before parking. The staff smelled as if they had not bathed in a week, toilet would not stop running, and the shower was disgusting. At best this a 2 star hotel with a bad smell. Avoid this dump

The proper is in dire need of renovation and certainly not worth the price. The room was dark and noisy and the bathroom towels looked dirty.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily. Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge.

J’ai réservé cet hôtel en dernière minute et les notes étaient très moyennes. En fait l’Hôtel très bien situé près des plus beaux resort de Flic en Flac un peu plus au calme qu’en plein centre, le lagon magnifique et chambre très spacieuse. Personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner anglais et français de qualité et compris dans la nuitée. Activités de snorkeling et de bateau à fond de verre gratuites avec le complexe voîsin. Seul bémol, la salle de bain aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Merci excellent séjour.

La porte de la chambre se ferme mal. On a donc le bruit du couloir toute la journée dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était très moyen. La literie faisait du bruit et était un peu rigide. La salle de bains est assez âgée

Cet hôtel avec quelques investissements de modernisation salle d’étains , mobilier etc… et peut être un upgrade en prestations bar restauration et donc prix serait sûrement très apprécié. Car le site est bon, les batiments sont sympas quoique un peu vieux et le personnel sympa.

Très bon hôtel, accueillant et bien placé. Le seul point faible je trouve est le peu de transats et de parasols au bord de la piscine et sur la plage

Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht, teilweise etwas chaotisch. Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf Pool, Strand und in den Sonnenuntergang. Zimmer schön und gepflegt, vollkommen in Ordnung. Frühstück und Dinner vom Buffet ok, Abwechslungsreich und Geschmacklich.

Matelas exécrable avec des ressorts pour un hôtel 3 étoiles avec impossibilité de le changer. Grille pain HS, Buffet du dîner limité en choix, froid et sans saveur. 4 parasols uniquement. Par contre, un personnel accueillant et très disponible toujours près à satisfaire les manques de l'établissement

We stayed there 25 days in all. Staff very helpful when things went wrong. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis so we tried the evening buffet occasionally but we preferred to go out to other restaurants in Flic-en-Flac. Facilities were sufficient for our needs with a pool,sun loungers and easy access to the beach for swimming. Staff invariably helpful with one's requests whatever situation arose. It was just what we wanted!!

Idyllisk område med flott strand. Ikke bra renhold på rommet. Etter at romservice hadde vært på rommet lå det forsatt sand igjen på badet. Det var ikke flytende såpe i såpedispenserne men det var lagt frem såpestykker.Ikke toalettbørste på toalettet. Frokosten kan forbedres. Melk og juice var ikke kald. Lite frukt selv om Mauritius flommer over av frukt. Ikke kokt egg, bare stekt og omelett. Kun en type ost og kjøttpålegg. Ikke stort utvalg av grønnsaker og salater til middag. Veldig indisk preget.

Hôtel situé un peu loin de tout sinon identique aux photos. L'accueil décevant : bien que nous ne soyons pas exigeants et difficiles, nous avons été déçus et étonnés par l'accueil et notamment les jus de fruit non glacé qui nous ont été servis. Le personnel est agréable, sans plus. La chambre 104 est à EVITER. Nous avons tenté d'en changer, sans succès... Cette chambre donne sur les moteurs des clims, donc à éviter si vous ne supportez pas le bruit et voulez une belle vue. Un petit effort de ce côté là aurait été bienvenu. Les plats très épicés étaient, dans l'ensemble bons, mais à éviter si vous ne voulez pas passer vos journées aux toilettes. De même que la musique de fond qui accompagne les repas devrait être changée car elle passait en boucle tous les jours... Dommage aussi qu'il n'y ait pas eu plus d'animation. Honnêtement, je n'y retournerai pas.

très déçus en arrivant, nous n'avons pas eu les chambres réservées, internet payant, pas vue sur mer, aucun confort, fuites d'eau, problème de literie. hotel.com devrait bien s'entendre avec l'hôtel avant d'annoncer tous ces prestations.

Déçu par l'accueil a propos de ma reservation, et chez eux le client n'ai pas roi. attention une surprise dans lassiette(un boulon entre la sauce et le riz). À part sa sa été. Peut mieux faire .

Enkelt hotell med suveränt läge. Vi hade halvpension (med middag), maten var ok men inte mer än så. Hela anledningen till att välja detta hotell är placeringen på stranden.

Le personnel formidable mais cependant un réel mank d'organisation. Une literie horrible. Pas satisfaisant pour un hôtel à l'île Maurice

Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto farci cambiare il letto xche corto e stretto. Arredamento della camera pessimo: frigo piccolo da Max. 4 bott.posato x terra e con la ruggine. Vetro bagno rotto e camera rifatta dopo le 4 p.m. Colazione buffet misera: dopo le 9 non c'era più nulla.servizio sdraio spiaggia inesistente

If you are driving, location of this hotel is not a problem. Overall, we are happy but the daily breakfast is a bit boring...
