Property was nice. Apartment was somewhat clean, but needed much more. Ants and insects throughout apartment. Apartment was bleak with amenities. Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. Landlord and future renters came in the apartment, unannounced and surveyed the apartment about an hour and a half before departure time. When asked to leave, they did. Unfortunately, the future renters peered in windows and continued to knock on door to ask when departure would be. Also, when waiting for a the car service (before my departure time), future renters came on the property and only when the situation escalated did they leave. Property manager risked party's wellbeing by trying to flip the apartment quickly.

The apartment was very shabby and not overly clean. The tea towels were grubby, a lot of the light bulbs had blown and air con didn’t work. Kitchen very basic with a broken microwave.

Agréable séjour

I decided to book a 3 bedroom apartment at Pinguinvillasvfor a party of 5 of us through Expedia on the "pay later at the hotel" option where the terms and conditions on Expedia clearly state that payment will be settled at the hotel and that the charge will be made to my card. On arrival at Pinguinvillas, the owner drove us to a different block of apartments at a different address. The apartment he allocated to us was nothing like the apartment I booked. It was very bog standard, tacky and dated and much smaller with no balcony or terrace. I told the owner that the apartment he has allocated to us is not the same as the one I booked as advertised on Expedia and I explained that the one I booked should be much bigger and should have balconies in two of the bedrooms plus a terrace. His response was that he had given that apartment to somebody else and allocated us this one!!!The owner also said he would not accept a card payment for the apartment and insisted he only accepts cash! I explained that I could not pay by cash as the money to pay for the apartment was in my bank account due to Expedia stating on their website that the charge would be made to my card and that I only had enough cash with me for our holiday spending money. I also told him the apartment he had given us was not worth the price I was supposed to pay and that he had used false advertising on Expedia. Im afraid that the owner Sharif, of little crazy.He pick-up from the airport and we were settled in the neighboring private hous, not in Pingouinvillas.We had to pay in advance.Take the monay(cash) and he gone. The day prior to check-out, he brought the other guest, who stayed on the road...?

I booked a 35 square meter studio with sea view, a big terrace, free daily water, free local telephone calls, ceiling fan and a safe in the room. The room should be at address 94 A Daurades Road, Blue Bay, MRU, Mauritius. But nothing of these promises were fulfilled. I was showed a room on an other address with a room on the ground floor in a house on the backyard. There were no sea view at all, no safe, no terrace. No, nothing of what made me book this hotel. The stay was a very depressing experience. Say no to this lodging.

This was an apartment, so there was no receptionist available, but the contact person was very responsive to our requests and even gave my friends and I a ride to a wedding we were attending.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre nuit dans cet hôtel. Personne n'était présent pour nous accueillir mais cela n'a pas posé de problème. Une note avait été affichée sur le portillon pour nous donner le N° de l'appartement que nous occupions. Un moment après notre installation, une personne a sonné pour venir récupérer quelque chose dans notre frigo..Il s'agissait probablement du gérant. Nous avons quitté l'appartement le lendemain sans l'avoir revu. L'appartement est spacieux, mais le confort est très spartiate. Nous étions 4, et n'avons eu que 3 serviettes de toilette. Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche. Pas de papier toilette. Des petites bêtes dans un des lits. Impossible de faire fonctionner la télévision. Les fenêtres de la cuisine et de 2 chambres donnaient sur un bâtiment mal entretenu avec un vis-à-vis vraiment proche. Impossible de laisser les rideaux ouverts. Ce logement nous a laissé une très mauvaise impression. Difficile de comprendre comment les commentaires des précédents occupants ont pu être aussi élogieux...

I'm afraid these apartments did not meet expectation that comments and ratings suggested and I felt quite let down. However the rooms were comparatively cheap so if you don't mind tiny beds and shabby fittings then it may be worth it.

Grande appartamento situato in una zona tranquilla di Blue Bay a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto e molto vicino al mare ( 300metri). La struttura e' nuova, ed è in grado di accogliere fino a 6 persone comodamente, dispone di un grande soggiorno, una attrezzata cucina con tinello, giardinetto o terrazzo. Gentile e disponibile il proprietario. Struttura adatta a nucleo familiare numeroso, o a gruppo di amici affiatati.

Good place and good villas!

Mi sono trovato molto bene, spazioso e ben tenuto, un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Mr Sarif sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Non troppo distante dal mare, zona tranquilla senza alcun proble. Consigliabile a chiunque.

Für eine Übernachtung ok. Ansonsten bleibt mir nur der in der ganzen Ferienwohnung wahrzunehmende und störende Küchengeruch auf. Ich beschreibe das als Geruch alten Fettes. Das versprochene WLAN bestand aus einem schwachen Signal einer langsamen Leitung. Die Umgebung des Hotels bietet keinerlei Möglichkeiten, ein Fahrzeug ist erforderlich.

Si l'accueil a été discret mais convenable, j'ai été déçu de ma chambre dont la propreté m'a semblé tout juste passable. J'ai également reçu la visite à plusieurs reprises d'une souris dans la nuit... Seule nuisance sonore malgré la présence de l'aéroport à quelques kilomètres de là. J'ai par ailleurs peu goûté que l'on s'acharne à taper à ma porte 20minutes avant l'heure convenue pour ma navette pour l'aéroport, alors que je me trouvais sous la douche et que je n'avais pas réclamé de réveil... Si vous êtes en transit, pourquoi pas, c'est pratique mais ç'est tout de même un peu cher.
