Great experience in a quiet beach front boutique! Friendly helpful staff clean rooms and very good food!

Nous cherchons un petit hôtel, pas un gros complexe, donc c'était parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. La vue et l'accès à la plage est super. Seul petit bémol peut-être le petit déjeuner tous les jours pareils

Awesome room on a top floor with seaview. You can see sunset from the spacious balcony. The room was clean. Air condition worked well. The staff was very friendly. They helped with taxi and tour reservations. Tip: hiking the Tamarin Waterfalls route with guide is highly recommended. Breakfast was ala carte and delicious. We ate every dinner at hotel. Creolean cuisine is worth for ordering! Pool was nice. Beach is right next to the hotel and there are sunbeds for guests. Overall great getaway romantic hotel with human touch. Not too big, not too small. Would go again!

Nous avons été fortement déçus par la chambre standard du RDC face a la réception. Le carré terrasse est exiguë voir inexistant et surtout il y a 2 appareils de climatisation qui font jour et nuit un bruit énorme et des odeurs d'égouts insoutenables

Chambre au 2 eme étage avec terrasse et vue incroyable sur le lagon, au calme. Personnel très sympathique et souriant, restaurant de grande qualité, nous avons passé un superbe séjour

Eine sehr schöne, übersichtliche und vor allem phänomenal gelegene kleinere Unterkunft direkt am Strand von Tamarin (La Preneuse). Vor Ort gibt es alles, was man braucht, von verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten an Pool und Strand über das wirklich sehr gute Restaurant am Abend bis hin zu gelegentlich dargebotener Live-Musik (ein Gesangs- und Gitarrenduo am Samstagabend, wirklich toll!). Der Service bedient an jedem Platz, dadurch, dass auch hotelfremde Gäste Restaurant und Terrasse besuchen, dauert es manchmal ein wenig. Es gibt keinen Grund, das Hotel zu verlassen (sofern man keine Entdeckerpläne hat), wenn man sich hauptsächlich entspannen und die Sonnenuntergänge genießen will. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick und konnten den Strand und den Sonnenuntergang auch von unserer Terrasse aus beobachten. Die offenen, nur mit Schiebetüren abgetrennten Badräumlichkeiten sind vielleicht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber alles im allem ist es eine sehr angenehme, ordentliche und luxuriös anmutende Location, ohne abgehoben zu wirken. In der Ecke von Tamarin bis Flic en Flac können wir das Hotel bedenkenlos jedem ans Herz legen, der Wert auf Strandnähe und eine gute Versorgung legt (gerade auch, da im Winter viele Geschäfte/Restaurants und Imbisse in der Stadt früh schließen oder gar nicht erst öffnen).

Séjour fabuleux à The Bay. Guest housse à taille humaine avec Accueil et personnel exceptionnel, chambre supérieure avec terrasse vue océan spacieuse, très propre, avec une literie très confortable, une décoration épurée. La restauration face à l’océan est variée et raffinée. Quant aux activités proposées, elles sont elles aussi diverses avec notamment possibilité de faire une excursion en mer pour nager avec les dauphins et snorkeling au lever du soleil, juste magnifique. Bref je recommande ce lieu où nous espérons retourner lors d’un prochain séjour à Maurice

Un séjour absolument merveilleux !! Un restaurant inoubliable de part sa vue sur la mer, des gens chaleureux avec le sourire, bref, gardez ce côté cosy et chaleureux svp, ne changez rien nous reviendrons !!

È stata un'esperienza straordinaria, addirittura superiore alle aspettative. L'hotel è un vero gioiello: poche camere, un'atmosfera intima, estremamente pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Si ha la sensazione di essere a casa, il che contribuisce a creare un ambiente molto rilassante. Il ristorante è altrettanto raffinato, con un'atmosfera romantica e una vista mozzafiato sul mare: assistere al tramonto mentre si cena è un'esperienza che difficilmente dimenticheremo. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il personale, sempre gentile e sorridente, in particolare alla Sig.ra Emily e allo Chef Jonathan, che ci ha deliziato con le sue prelibatezze. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia visitare Mauritius: si trova in una posizione ideale, a breve distanza dalle principali attrazioni e dalle spiagge più belle.

Ett riktigt mysigt mindre Hotel som vi hade tänkt oss. Bra personal och verkligen trevlig miljö med god mat. Vill man bara ta det lugnt och bara slappna av och sola/bada så är det perfekt.

We stayed at The Bay for 3 nights as part of a longer vacation. Unfortunately, the service was lacking, the staff were unhelpful and misleading, and their English skills were limited. On day 3, after placing the cleaning request sign on our door, our room was finally cleaned. However, upon our return, we found that neither the toilet nor the shower had been properly cleaned, and the dirty towels were still on the floor. This was especially frustrating as our room had not been cleaned at all on day 2, despite the request sign being displayed. The food in the restaurant is decent, but you quickly become dependent on it since there are no real dining alternatives in the surrounding area.
