I am writing to express my complete disgust with the level of service I experienced at your 3-star hotel. From the moment I made a reservation to the time I checked out, the staff displayed a lack of professionalism and care. I requested a late checkout and help with my suitcase upon arrival, both of which were not fulfilled. The reception staff were unhelpful, indifferent, and even rude. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with sheets not being changed and delays in cleaning. The blackout curtains were falling off, the AC stopped working, and the shower was clogged. The lounge staff made me feel unwelcome, and the manager was rude. The overall lack of hospitality and disregard for guests' needs and comfort was appalling. I will be advising others to avoid this establishment.
