偶然機會朋友推薦下前往,一進飯店大門就被眼前美景吸引,住房很有模式風格極簡風,很棒的體驗,露天電影及整個環境都很悠閒,有五星的cp值,很棒且全家人都很高興

酒店在北部，各类硬件设施相对较新，很喜欢酒店的氛围，很休闲融合，大家就像生活在国际大家庭一样。酒店经理和整合员工团队服务都很热情有亲和力。以欧洲人为主，驻店期间只有我一个中国人，偶尔看到几个韩国人。总体很喜欢

Generally speaking , the hotel is good . But the room not providing free drinking water , and we stay in hotel for 3 nights , every night the breakfast and dinner almost the same at hotel , need to be improved .

The outside and the pool areas were nice. The pools and beach were nice. There were lots of bugs. While eating dinner at the buffet lots of ants began crawling up the table legs and across the table. It was not very appealing. Also, there were bugs in the room including what we thought was a roach on the bed and lots of ants around the room and in the bathroom. The air conditioner never able to get the room to the temperature set on the thermostat and the ceiling fan switch was broken which made it unable to be changed. All of the restaurants/bars were outside and it was out making dining uncomfortable. There was no airconditioned commons area.

L’hôtel est sublime, calme et il y a toujours de la place pour se reposer sur une chaise longue ou pour prendre un verre. Les activités proposées et les paysages époustouflants ont fait de notre séjour une expérience inoubliable, kayak, bbq à Granzil, sortie en catamaran, kids club. Les différents restaurants sont très bons, en particulier le Manao (thaï) Le personnel de l’hôtel est attentionné sympathique et serviable, nous y reviendront sans hésiter ! Merci pour tout !

Das Zilwa Attitude ist ein großes modernes 4 Sterne Hotel, Anlage gepflegt, Pools sauber.

Superbe hôtel, très bon séjour. Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. Les différents restaurants tous très bon. L'ambiance reste décontractée. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

Lieu paradisiaque mais service très moyen

Les restaurants , le personnel, la propreté et surtout le kids club . L’hôtel est complet et mérite largement un 5 étoiles

Super nice hotel! Nearly everything is included in the all-inclusive package. Great variety of food and restaurants. Also a lot of activities and animation is offered

Great service, lots of things to do: swimming pools, boat trips, snorkeling, activities. Enough restaurants never to eat in the same place twice!

Quite place with nice beache and water activities. Food is quiet good as well and staff are excellent.

Very nice accommodation with lots of things to do in the resort itself. A lot of good food options and the breakfast is great too

From arrival to departure,we always were greeted with a smile and utmost courtesy. The property is kept in pristine condition, various pool areas to suit family ,couples etc. The all inclusive options are excellent value. We got to chat with Mr Sachi Bundun( hope I got his name right !!) as he oversaw the personnel at meal times .He answered our queries and happy to throw in his suggestions. We also want to commend Lensley who was always on hand to check if we needed drinks topped up by the bar or by the pool,always polite and happy to engage in conversation. Last but certainly not least ,I chose the hotel for the eco friendly attitude and I was not disappointed. The hotel is striving to educate guests on the importance of sustainable tourism, unnecessary wastage, banning the use of single use plastic. We will definitely be returning to Zilwa . Thank you

The mosquitos are a big problem for anyone coming to this property. Also they don’t have room service which is inconvenient at times. They allow random sellers to come to the beach and try to sell you random stuff for way over their value. Also the taxi and rental car they work with are extremely expensive compared to outside. Staff is lovely and helpful and room is nice. Food was always decent with many options to chose from.

Doté d'une VRAIE plage privée, cet hôtel offre un cadre à couper le souffle, dont on prend la mesure dès l'arrivée dans le hall, avec une vue magnifique sur la piscine, l'océan turquoise et l'île en fond. Le personnel est particulièrement gentil, tous sans exception, et que dire de la qualité des repas dans les restaurants à thèmes, réellement délicieux, dont le Lor Disab , d'un niveau semi gastronomique. Les buffets ne sont pas en reste avec une qualité bien plus élevée que dans beaucoup d'hôtels du même standing. Idem pour toutes les boissons en all inclusive, toutes de qualité, (allez, si je suis exigeant, on peut dire d'améliorer la qualité des vins rouges proposés) une piscine chauffée a 32 degrés, une petite île privée et si calme !! Jardins parfaitement entretenus, comme les infrastructures. Bref, absolument rien a redire, sinon des éloges et des compliments

Great staff and service! The hotel was incredible and had so many activities on site. The food was amazing and we had a fantastic holiday here - I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

Very sustainable. Many small details are convincing in terms of sustainability. Very friendly staff. Everyone is friendly and always eager to help.
