Good, central location! Easy to walk around the city center. However the rooms facing the street are way too noisy, be prepared to listen the late night karaoke from the building across the street. Pool and terrace were closed for renovation. At the end, we had some troubles getting early morning taxi to the airport despite being promised a line of taxis at the front of the hotel.

We arrived and the room that was reserved was not available. We were offered another room that would not be available for about another hour. We agreed to wait and stated we would return in an hour and a half. We returned to find out that the promised room was not available and were given another room. On the second day we were offered the promised room. This room did not seem to have the bathroom completed. The issue at times was not all the bathroom supplies were provided. The air conditioner unit in last room did not cool the room as well. The positive was the breakfast buffet was very good and the staff in the dining area were excellent. Very accommodating and attentive. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it provides so many businesses within walking distance. Giving an average rating as the room was clean, but needs to be completed properly and all bathroom supplies be provided. Also great breakfast buffet.

El hotel es muy limpio y recomendable al 100%

The people who work there are very polite and if you need help they are glad to help. Wasn’t happy in the building , for the repairs they doing a lot of noise also the need to work on the cleaning of the rooms.

El hotel es viejito las habitaciones son pequeñas sin agua caliente, sin embargo están haciendo remodelación esperando quede bien, el personal en especial recepcionistas matutino y vespertino son pésimas, no apoyan en nada , mal encaradas con pésima actitud servicial que resta puntos al hotel, personal de limpieza dejan la basura de la habitación, y solo tienden camas.

El problema que solo tienen unas persona en recepción para atender a todo pedí dos toallas más y me dijeron que hasta que terminara de registrar a todo los que llegaron dieron más de 2 horas y no fue posible mi petición

La recepcionista fue muy amable la señorita que atiende en las mañanas excelente . Pero el chico que atiende en las tardes y noche no es nada amable ni siquiera saluda .
