Muy buen servicio del hotel, amplio, limpio , tranquilo y ubicación

buena ubicación, linda habitación, nos tocó una fuerte lluvia había una gran gotera en una de las habitaciones y la cocina, nada que no se pueda resolver, de ahí en fuera todo bien

Es buen lugar... Lo único que no me gustó fue el clima... Era tipo paquete, hacía mucho ruido y no se le podía cambiar la intensidad; el ventilador igual sólo tenía una velocidad

La ubicacion ed buena, pero hay recepcion. Ni otro servicioy el precio para el lugar es caro No tienes donde guardar valores

No es un hotel como tal, ni hay asistencia, la sábanas sucias, sin agua caliente, una total mala experiencia.

La habitación es muy cómoda y limpia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y se puede caminar hacia varios puntos importantes pero tiene un pésimo servicio de wifi.

Pésimo estuve esperando 25 minutos al recepcionista para que me abrieran estaba dormido eran las 6.30 pm al día siguiente no había agua caliente me dijeron que iban a prender el boiler que se tardaba en calentar la tubería esperé media hora y jamás llego el agua caliente me tuve que venir sin bañarme

This place is conveniently located walking distance to the beach (Sta Cruz), local supermarket and downtown Crucecita. The hotel manager, Andres, was very friendly and offered us an upgrade of the room when he arrived a bit later. The 2 double bed room was spacious, beds were comfortable and clean and there was a balcony, a small bar and a fridge too. It was easy to communicate with the hotel manager through Whatsapp and he made sure to accommodate whatever we needed help with. Thank you!

It was a regular staying.

When we booked, Casa del Sol was displayed as an Hotel. Actually it is just a room rent with no additional services. At our arrival no one was there to receive us. After a while the owner shows off and he displayed an extremely small rooom with no wifi connection (the website says wifi in the room) while we were expecting a totally different accommodation for the high price we were paying. Just a con! We were ready to leave, and he offered a bigger and nicer room equipped with a small kitchen. The latter pretty useless with no kettle nor stove, we couldn't have even a coffee. Finally no hot water in the shower and the small fridge was very noise. The room had a nice balcon, Wi-Fi connection worked very well. Beach is only at 10 minute walking distance. I recommend the area but you find better and cheaper accommodations than Casa del Sol.

Probably the highlights are the friendly manager Andres, the comfortable bed, the little kitchen area, the proximity to the beach, the Big department store right in front. The downside is the price for what you get. While there, I compared what other hotel she had to offer and the nightly rates. For significantly less money, I got all of the above, and a pool, a larger room. So, as much as Andres is a great guy, etc..., I felt I've been had and that I was paying too much. Checking Travelocity, I reserved with Casa Del Sol because it appeared that every hotel was booked up for the dates I wanted. In reality, once I was on site, I found great places for half the price with lots of availability. So, I'm not too pleased about having payed double for accommodations than I should have paid. Live and learn!!
