Super nice place! Very spacious. I loved it! it was close to downtown walking distance to a lot of places and right in front of the marina. Beautiful view! I would stay here again!

Pros- Location ( Marina ), price ( cheap for 2 bedroom)
Cons-You get what you pay for. This is a "dated" property to say the least, the bummer is for a few $$$ in updates this could be semi nice. Access to the pool $45 - 4hours or $55 for 6, this includes food and drink so not a bad deal... unless you just want to go for a swim!
Bottom line- Ok for a couple guys going down to party for a couple days but do not take your woman to this place... You will be single.
Bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo), maybe some cleaning supplies and basic plumbing tools and you will be good to go! And don't forget the $25 parking pass...

Can't beat the location, but the unit is a little dated and could use a good cleaning. The unit is currently for sale, but needs some work before I would ever consider buying it.

Rather run down, great location..no elevator,nice kitchen, laundry.Sewerage smell frequently inside, leaking air conditioner from ceiling entire stay onto kitchen counter. Property needs a thorough cleaning in hallway, windows outside are dirty. Very comfy beds, furniture..need more blankets, pillows.
