THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! This is an apartment complex with continental breakfast. There is no staff on site so if you don’t pre coordinate arrival (which they may or may not do via email; I certainly did not get an email) you will be locked out with no way to even enter the makeshift waiting area. The phone number listed is also not useful as no one answers the line. Again, since this is not hotel, do not expect amenities. Bathrooms are so dimly lit you can barely see anything once inside. Thin walls; you can even hear toilets in other rooms flushing. After calling, knocking and waiting for some time, I was let it by a fellow guest. Then given a room by a cleaning lady. No one verified my ID so technically anyone else could have gotten my room and used my credit card on file. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future.

Excellent location in Roma Norte with many wonderful restaurants nearby. Very safe to walk at night.

Truly a beautiful place. I stayed in the Leonora room. Not sure if it’s mentioned in the listing but there is no TV or refrigerator which is not a big deal at all. There is a fridge with cold drinks near the common area. My host was so sweet and everyone looking after the house is very nice and accommodating. Thank you!

Very nice! Rooms were comfortable and serene, the self serve bar and breakfast was a nice touch!

Impeccable boutique hotel in Roma Norte. I can’t say enough about the incredible design, comfort and all the beautiful art through the old converted house. Every detail was so thoughtful. If ur lucky to find this gem you wont be disappointed.

Had my other booking canceled , and had to find a place last minute while at the airport. And I guess everything does happen for a reason because everything about Casa Tenue was amazing. To keep it short, both the hosts I communicate with we're great, the staff was very attentive, and the place was spotless. 100/10 recommend!

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. Staff very attentive and nice. It is a historic home so if you are on the lower floors you can hear everyone walking above you.

Every inch of this hotel is impeccable. And the team are very friendly and extremely responsive. Will be booking again
