When I checked in, I was given a room that was clearly not cleaned — the bathroom was dirty, there was trash, and the sheets hadn’t been changed. I asked to be moved, but had to wait without any apology or effort to resolve the issue quickly. Later, a staff member entered my new room without knocking or identifying themselves while I was inside, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was unacceptable.

Overall it was good. We had a suite which was spacious and clean. Note that breakfast only opens at 7am on weekends. They do not offer takeaway baggies for early departure.

Short distance from the airport and the free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful

Wonderful Place

The staff were lovely and very helpful. However, for someone traveling alone, it is not a great area nor is transportation easy to get. No deliveries under 50mins were possible. As for the hotel itself, they do not sell water bottles and there’s no ac in the lobby, hallways or gym. The key card for the elevators and my room kept needing to be reset. Again though, the staff were nice and the free breakfast was a nice addition.

The hotel does NOT offer a regular hourly shuttle from the Mexico City airport to the property. One has to call the hotel to get their shuttle to come for pick up. I had to take a cab to arrive at the hotel from the airport. Upon my arrival there were two vehicles citing idle. The price tag for this property is $121.00, there has got to be better options. I was NOT able to credit any points on my BONVOY account because I made the reservation on EXPEDIA.

El hotel muy lindo, cómodo y limpio. Solo se puede entrar a la habitación a las 3:00 pm. (cosa que en la mayoría de los hoteles te aceptan a la vez que están disponibles las habitaciones) por lo que al estar entrando todos a la vez se confundieron y me llamaron del lobby 2 veces a la habitación para saber quien estaba ocupándola. El sistema de tarjetas de entrada al ascensor se dañó y las escaleras solo se usan para bajar en caso de emergencias, así que no fue agradable ya que uno por lo regular llega cansado o tiene cosas que hacer. No tienen restaurante pero si servicio a la habitación, también hay variedad de lugares para comer y se puede ir caminando. El servicio de transporte al aeropuerto es 24 horas saliendo cada hora.

Good hotel for a two day stay.

I did not have a good time at this property, my room's floor was wet, I had to call for someone to clean it for me, my room was next to the gym and there were people droping weights and playing loud music until 10pm, the people in the room next to mine were very loud until late. Not a good experience
