Great and clear communication with the hosts. Very comfortable and well kept accommodations.

This place is seriously amazing! Everything from the gorgeous apartment itself, to the great and timely service, to the beautiful gym & pool (both have amazing views), to the proximity to the beach and price were PERFECT! Would highly recommend to any size group and very much eager to be back - thank you friends!

It was amazing and great value. Washer dryer wasn't great. Loud and poor cleaning job but other than that it was awesome.

It was a great stay. So much larger than a small hotel room. The building management team and security guards were wonderful. Also the condo was very quiet. I would recommend D Terrace to friends/

Excelente localização muito próximo da praia, muito embora não a praia mais linda de Perto, estará próximo de boas opções de restaurantes e comércios locais, este apartamento eh muito confortável e possui uma vista parcial do mar o terraço cobertura possui uma área de lazer fenomenal, realmente surpreende à vista e o por do sol, um verdadeiro espetáculo. Apenas vou pontuar como negativo a manutenção das hidromassagem nesta cobertura, pois as duas (água quente e a fria) não estavam em funcionamento e sem previsão de manutenção.

Small, privately owned units make for a much quieter and relaxing environment. The rooftop pool is immaculate and the place is in top condition with all the amenities you could ask for. Exercise equipment is all in great working condition. Security is present around the clock though really not necessary in this area, its a nice thing to have. We will return.

Newer property in GREAT location and in GREAT repair. Rooftop pool and sundeck area is lovely and has amazing views. Overall a VERY nice property. I met several people that had two bedroom units and those had decent views, but my one bedroom looked through a narrow corridor between buildings so almost no light came into the unit. The only other window faced into the interior courtyard so had no natural light at all. But that said, the room was still very comfortable and clean and everything was in good working order - just a little dark and sort of claustrophobic. Building is VERY secure and all visitors must have ID and leave it with 24 hour security staff.

The place is beautiful! But I give it a 4 because the bed had hairs, the Netflix on the main tv didn't work, and at night large red and black ant would come out.

Absolutamente perfecto. Gran ubicación, condominio precioso, alberca muy bonita con vista espectacular. Muy cómodo de todo a todo. 100% recomendable. A una cuadra de la playa, sales y tienes todos lo necesario, restaurantes, bares, tiendas de conveniencia, spa, etc. Excelnte opción para viajar con niños.

Aurea was wonderful in giving me some tips prior to my trip and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. She was so hospitable from before I landed to the time I checked out. I absolutely loved staying here. Aurea gave us a walk through of our unit and the common areas and explained everything. It was all so gorgeous and comfy. You'll probably find yourself in the infinity pool at least 1-2x a day. The view (although partially blocked by the ugly Hotel Tropicana) is to die for especially at sunset. We met several wonderful new friends while hanging out up there as well. Many restaurants and nightlife within a few minutes walk. Some may see it as an inconvenience if you want to dine "downstairs" like in a hotel/resort but I enjoy eating local food and prefer to steer clear of the commercial tourist experience. I'd say it's more of an adults-type of place to stay, although there were some kids. This property is gay-friendly! I can't wait to return!

Wanted to stay in a place to see the local action. Place is GREAT. Pool on Roof with killer views. Airport, watch out for the timeshare guys. Took us 6 hours of our time to get out. With travel and waiting for breakfast and the endless guys trying to sell us at the resort. Just tell taxi you are going to Tropicana Hotel and then walk the short court to the place. Mini Grocery stores we were able to get pasta eggs juice to cook in the condo. Went out to eat with the street vendors or brought home take out food for under $20 usd for a family of 4. 116 Papito? and Taco Revolucion. all within walking distance. The Condo was as advertised... very nice place. We used the washer dryer quite a bit as we swim by the beach 1 block away of us on the rooftop with the killer views. Both water was bathtub warm in July. Watch out for bug bites.. spray your up to your knees and down. Overall a great time to see the local flavor of things. No TV channels, just netflicks, which is fine by us.

Well first, we had already chosen and booked our hotel stay, but had to make a last minute change. D Terrace Luxury Residence was absolutely a great decision. We had no problems from the day we arrived. Aura, the concierge gave us a call to ensure we were checking in on time and was ready to show us the condo once we arrived. As we entered the down stairs entrance, you could tell the location was either newly built and/or renovated, and the architectural detail was superb. We were given the initial tour of the suite, which consisted of a nice open floor plan, new stainless steel appliances, ultra modern decor, a washer and dryer, balconies showing the interior and exterior of the residence, flat screen televisions in both the living room and main living area. After being shown the condo, Aura walked us through the rest of the public spaces. The rooftop pool was above and beyond what we expected. Again the decor was absolutely great and the VIEW was wonderful. The elevator to the rooftop opened up to a nice sitting area, an eating space, a nice proportioned infinity pool, ample lounge chairs, both in and out the water, and 2 jacuzzis. There was also a fully equipped gym and well suited rooftop restrooms. In summary, D Terrace Luxury residence is centrally located, where we were minutes from restaurants, entertainment, and of course the beach. I highly recommend the condo and guarantee you will not be disappointed. We would definitely book there again.

From the moment we arrived we knew DTerrace was for us. The entire staff put their heart & soul into DTerrace whether it was security, maitenance or housekeeping everyone was so nice to speak to. The accommodations are fantastic~new and clean and the property is well maintained. The location is right where we wanted to be. We are so glad we discovered DTerrace and can't wait to return.
