Nice location close to everything, clean rooms, staff was very friendly and professional, breakfast was 10/10 n great service, will definitely be staying there again!

We were waiting too long to check-in, there was a customer too close to us listening to our conversation and the amount of payment, We payed No Privacy!

The location was perfect, staff was great and very clean property.

It was a nice stay. We enjoyed our time there and will be returning.

Un gran hotel!! la habitacion bonita y ofrece todas las comodidades!! la alberca esta genial y el desayuno super rico, y la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan ahi es fantastica!! Todo muy limpio además!! pronto volveremos ahi!

The room was extremely clean and the A/C worked great! The on-site restaurant is extremely helpful for breakfast. Issac, the evening desk clerk and the morning clerk( Sorry, I forgot her name) She wears glasses. Extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. Their security is wonderful. We, as woman traveling alone felt very safe.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place needs a remodel or update, bathroom tile was old and stained. Carpet is old and dingy. The free breakfast good, coffee terrible. If you get a room facing the street , it's loud.

Desde que nos registramos el Empleado de la recepción nos recibió y nos trató de mala manera. Nos dio solo una tarjeta (llave ) y nos dio solo un pase para desayunar, cuando pagamos 2 noches y se supone que tendría que darnos 2 y no lo hizo. Nadie nos ayudó con el equipaje. Entramos a la habitación y el baño estaba sucio de pipi y de popo. Se supone te los deben entregar limpios. Yo le estaba tratando de avisar por el teléfono desde la habitación y no lograba contactar a la recepción y tuve que ir a caminando. Y me encontró el hombre de la recepción y le dije que no lograba comunicarme y de mala gana otra vez me dijo que él si me oía por teléfono y que yo era quien no lo oía a el. Le dije del baño y si lo limpiaron pero no fueron para nada amables. Luego los empleados en el patio chacoteando unos con otros gritando como si estuvieran en el parque o en la verdulería. Le preguntaba un hombre a una mujer que si le trajo pozole y la otra le contestó que hoy no pero mañana si… y así se hablaban entre ellos como muy confianzudos y gritaban desde donde estaban cada uno . Yo lo vi mal. Luego cuando nos fuimos a bañar, regadera estaba tapada y cuando nos bañábamos el agua que desechamos de bañarnos quedaba en los pies, como un charco y claro q eso no es agradable. El colchón tenía un hoyo en medio. Y ahí caíamos sin poder acomodarnos agusto. El agua de la alberca sin climatizar y el chapoteadero muy sucio . Y los empleados en los pasillos jamás nos saludaron de buen día. Pésimo

We read several reviews before choosing- they were spot-on. Very clean room, decent shower, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Parking is very tight- we were blessed (?) with need for handicap space, and one was available. Not sure where we would have parked otherwise. Fyi Friday nights are “karaoke” at the bar so that was a bit loud but didnt keep us awake too long

The only reason I chose one star is because you need to choose at least one to continue. This hotel is horrible. Rooms smelled like mold, and the beds felt like a trampoline. I used a hand towel to clean this filthy place and the check out lady charged me 6 dollars. Unreal. Do not let the misleading pictures fool you, this hotel is nothing short or a first class dive. 🗑
