I always love staying here. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the property is gorgeous.

I absolutely loved this place! Such a hidden gem! From the warm experience I had with all of the super helpful staff, to the incredible ambiance and food at the two bars/restaurants onsite, to the breathtaking room itself - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nancy was incredibly supportive and responsive to all my needs. The room was spacious, so well decorated, and had the best view. Plus, the hotel’s location can’t be beat! I would 10/10 stay again.

We had an amazing stay. Because you needed a code to access the elevator and the room, we felt so safe. The location was perfect. Next to restaurants and coffee. Nancy was very responsive.

Great location. Room is not spacious, but had everything needed for 2 people. Great communication via Whats App. Ate at the street level restaurant and enjoyed the food. The hidden gem is the rooftop restauant for breakfast. Terrific food, service, and ambience. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The room was clean, sufficiently cooled, conveniently located with markets for all items close by, and near a beautiful park and fountain. The nightlife was charming. Overall a safe a wonderful stay. Perfect for kids as well.

While the room is large and light-fllled, it is unbearably noisy due to the restaurant beneath it, which plays loud music until at least midnight. I came around 9pm from dinner to pack and sleep before my heading to the airport at 3:30am for a 7am international flight. I barely slept and only between 1am and 2:30am. I was given this room despite telling the hotel I had an early flight and needed quiet to sleep. I will never stay again at Durango 219. I do not understand why anyone would. While not my main complaint, I was also dismayed by the black mold in the shower that probably hadn’t been seriously scrubbed in at least a year. I also found the furnishings, with the exception of the bed, uncomfortable. After an afternoon wander through Roma Norte and Condessa, the chaise was not the place I’d hoped for to put my feet up and the chairs were not in the least appealing. When I sat at the desk to send a few emails, the middle drawer kept sliding open. These smaller decor issues were bearable, but not being able to sleep was unforgivable. I should have known when they charged my room upfront when I’d selected the option to pay at the property, that staying at Durango 219 was a slippery slope. Why this place is receiving a rating over 7 I have no clue. Do not stay there.

The property itself was amazing. Perfect location in Roma Norte, walking distance to most things we wanted to do. The building was beautiful. The restaurant on the ground floor and terrace/bar on the rooftop were great additions. It made the building feel live and like something was always going on. One of the best parts was the staff. They were quick to respond, would turn the room quickly and nicely, and had 24/7 service at the front desk. I could not have improved my hotel experience any further. I’d recommend this to anybody going to Mexico City. 10/10 experience.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The street is a bit loud at night but they provided ear plugs. Great location and walking distance to lots of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and parks.

I don't have anything but praise for Durango 219. The location is unbeatable, the staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were clean, well-designed and comfortable, and despite the busy location, the hotel felt like a calm space removed from the chaos of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return again some day.

Room was in an awesome location. Very central and a great walking spot. The restaurant above and below the hotel were both good. It was our honeymoon and they went above and beyond with a gift for us and a message upon arrival. House keeping took place each day, which was great! Front desk worker was very helpful and kind—showed us how to use the elevator, the key and even held our bags one day while we walked for coffee before our ride arrived for the airport. Highly recommend going!

staff was very courteous, the location was amazing. room was clean, bright with a cute little balcony. It isn't the most sound proof which didn't bother me much, but may bother others staying.

Close to everything, but felt safe. Clean and comfy room. Perfect for a solo trip to Mexico City!

This was a great location! Walkable to a couple great neighbourhoods with lots of good food options close by. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and very easy to check in. Required entering multiple security codes/locks just to get in the room, which was kind of annoying, but certainly better than lax security. Very clean, quiet, and didn’t fall down during the 6.5 earthquake that woke us up one day. A+ stay.
