Property grounds was beautiful and clean. Staff was veey freindly.

This property was a perfectly balanced adults only but still lively spot. There were so many food options and the property was beautiful. No complaints!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at El Dorado Royale Resort!!! The pickup at the airport was smooth, the resort was awesome with a beautiful oceanfront walk, our junior suite was right on the ocean with a beautiful view, the staff provided first class service and we enjoyed the many dining options. We liked it so much we will be back next year!!!!

Everything is perfect for vacation. Especially, I really like friendly and kind staff. I will definitely visit again!

Overall amazing

The landscape is beautiful. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Property was always clean, they cleaned the room twice a day and the mini fridge was always stocked. Food was great. Lots of options. Entertainment staff were fun and engaging. Transportation to and from the resort was easy with Lomas. Did wish they did the on site xenote tours more than twice a week because we were unable to attend due to trip arrival and departures.

Hotel employees were great. Food was good variety. Pools were clean and no problem getting space to sit. Room was always cleaned. Room service was fast. Could have some more entertainment though. Loved the bike tour. Educational, fun and entertaining. Enjoyed taking the little buses throughout the resort. Totally relaxing holiday. Will go back.

The property is beautiful. I wouldn’t quite call the room as stayed and VIP. The rooms are a little bit outdated the phones and getting assistance to the room can be challenging whatever they let they make up for with the amenities throughout their sister hotels is really beautiful. The staff is nice, but it’s really hard to get someone when you need them.

The property is beautiful! It has shops within the resort, multiple pools and restaurants to choose from. The service is excellent, the location is serene, but with some entertainment every night. There are multiple parks within a 30-45 drive that are spectacular. However, if you feel like just kicking back and staying only at the resort it has plenty to offer. The resort is not close to Cancun or Playa del Carmen, but there is transportation available through separate taxi services or shuttles.

Amazing laid back property, great for old folks wanting a quiet vacation. Not suitable for young people who want to party haha But we had a great time

El Dorado Royalnis a beautiful, expansive property. The staff are excellent, from the housekeeping to the restaurant staff, they were all warm, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful resort, excellent service and delicious food!

They gave us a different room as ours was booked when we got there. We ended up at Generations with the kids when we booked adult only. They did show us another room but they had a water issue so we just decided to stay where we were. The manager said we would have a 100$ credit to no avail when checking out. The staff however were amazing and made the stay. We will not be returning to the El Dorado. Cheers!

Our third time going to this resort, haven’t been there in seven years and it did not disappoint! Love the variety of restaurants and pools. Staff are incredible. Always happy to assist and welcome you with warm smiles.

Beautiful resort. The more inclusive options are worth your time. We did the Maroma Beach/Catamaran excursion and it was so worth it. We saw a sea turtle, stingrays, and lots of fish. Also recommend the cenote tour but bring food and water!

Likes: pretty, good location, excellent restaurants, very friendly staff, ocean front room worth the extra cost. Option of quiet pool and party pool. Bali beds open to everyone. Loved the lazy river from my room. And so many more Could improve on: carts on the property were sometimes aggressively driven, could offer trip to puerto Morales a couple times a week at a reasonable price. Better signage for restaurants, had difficulty finding some. Gift shops open too late.

This place was BEAUTIFUL! Such a tropical getaway. There was a lot to explore and so many foods to try. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It’s a beautiful resort but it’s too large with not many carts available to get you around. A mile walk to eat is crazy. I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet, it was very difficult to get water, they couldn’t accommodate our group of 11 on the catamaran so some couldn’t go. I would never go back.
