Un lugar tranquilo y perfecto para relajarte

Excelente lugar para desconectarte del ruido de la ciudad, fácil acceso, cerca de frontera y lugares de interés, me gusto mucho la coneccion y respeto con la naturaleza, sin duda volveré al lugar.

Me encantó sin duda regresaría mil veces

El lugar es único hermoso

Está muy bonito el hotel, frente a la laguna, puedes nadar, kayak, pasar el rato, alberca. Nos gustó mucho y todos amables y serviciales.

Property was fun to stay at. It’s like staying out of glorified treehouse. If you’re expecting luxury and fine amenities, this is not the place for you. Think of this place as a tree fort that you built when you’re a kid, but you get to sleep in it and take a shower. It’s very fun and relaxing. Not to mention, the staff is very accommodating and they feel like family.

The staff at this place is amazing ang very helpfull. But this place is not like the pictures! It’s old and it needs a brush up!! The pool wasn’t cleaned, our rooms weren’t cleaned once through our four nights and it rained through the roof.

TODAS LAS INSTALACIONES MUY BIEN, EL PERSONAL SUPER ATENTO SI QUIERES IR A RELAJARTE ES EL LUGAR PERFECTO MUERO POR REGRESAR

El concepto está bárbaro pero le falta mantenimiento y limpieza.

Hicimos mi pareja y yo un viaje a Bacalar y por Instagram nos apareció este Alojamiento, fue lindo pasar 2 noches ahí, son muy buenos anfitriones, las personas que están en el Alojamiento.

Decepcionante solo me quede una noche. Es una verdadera ESTAFA

Descuidado en general, mal olor de las habitaciones, ninguna otra opción para comer cerca

Es un excelente hotel con unas vistas increíbles y rodeado de la naturaleza fue sorprendente, aparte que la habitación estaba justo enfrente de la laguna únicamente le hace falta mantenimiento.
