El personal fue muy amable sin embargo el WC tenia problemas y no lo fueron a resolver y la alberca abrió mas tarde del horario que tenia y estuvimos algunas familias esperando.

Amazing service like always..

This is a very clean nice property located on a busy street in CJ. The views from the ninth floor are fantastic. The food at the restaurant was not great and there is no microwave or fridge in the room. The staff were very friendly and responsive.

I personally think the Hotel is going down quality. When you paid close to a hundred dollars per day u expect something better. Sample 2 guests 3 towels waiting to long to attend, room was not made at my request because it was 3pm and room was not made up so we decided for 2 days we’ll take it but that is the last time you see me. I booked the Fiesta Inn Ciudad Juarez through Expedia while searching for hotels in El Paso, Texas, USA. To my surprise, the directions took me to Mexico. Unfortunately, I didn't have the necessary immigration documents for my family and myself, nor was the rented vehicle permitted to leave the country. I had to turn back at the Mexico border and book another hotel in the U.S. I contacted the Fiesta Inn within 20 minutes of booking to cancel, but faced language barriers and disconnects. Further attempts to resolve the issue through their sales contact and numerous calls both by myself and Expedia were unsuccessful. Ultimately, I was denied a refund due to 'no show', despite the clear misunderstanding. This experience has led me to reconsider using Expedia, as the platform included hotels outside the U.S. without clear indicators, posing potential risks for travelers without proper documents. I am gathering similar cases for legal action regarding these misleading practices and request that anyone with similar experiences contact me to support this cause. I will also pursue a refund from Fiesta Inn for a booking I believe was made in error.

The hotel was very well located. Very quiet during the night. The bed was extremely conformable which is unusual for hotels. The staff super friendly. Recommended

El joven de la recepción muy amable y nos informó que el buffet era hasta las 12 , bajamos unos minutos antes de las 11 y ya no había comida y estaban limpiando de manera ruda la persona a cargo dijo que todos bajaron temprano y ya se había acabado todo

Nice every aspect

There was no hair dryer in the room, we needed to ask for one in the reception desk. Everything else was good. Excellent customer service.

Food option limited. Long wait didnt have alot of what was listed on menu.
