Técnicamente todo estuvo increíble, sin embargo, la alberca no estaba en funcionamiento, si bien eso puede pasar el problema radica es que me comunique con ellos 5 días antes para saber el status de la alberca y me dijeron que no había problema salvo que estaba "un poco fría", pero que avisara a la recepción y aumentarían la temperatura de la caldera. Al llegar me comentan que "la alberca estaba en mantenimiento" y al preguntar desde cuándo, me dicen "hace un par de semanas".
Así que alguien mintió en la recepción.

El hotel esta en mal estado, ya muy viejo, partes oxidadas del moviliario. si tratan de limpiar, pero ya se ve muy gastado todo. Las almohadas durisimas. La regadera no servia bien y el agua casi fria. Muy mala experiencia en este hotel.
Lo único rescatable es el personal, que es muy atento y agradable

The restaurant hours showed closing at 11pm on Sundays. We arrived after 8 hours of travel at 7:30pm on a Sunday and the kitchen was already closed for dine in and room service! We were told to check uber eats or another app.
The location is some diatance to restaurants and if you dont have a car, this is very difficult. The area around the hotel is industrial, so no food options without driving.
We stayed here last month as we drove through and the staff was very helpful, the food was superb and this time we were surprised at the "ok" quality of breakfast. Clearly something has changed. Dont know if we will stay here again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well supplied. It would be nice to have an in-room coffee maker - we requested one and it was brought to our room. There was plenty of parking and multiple entrances so we were able to park right outside the room.
