Good place to stay. If you are visiting an industrial company around the hotel is the best place. Transportation by car is necessary if you want to eat oout or buy something as there are no stores close (walking) to the hotel

After my previous month review of two stars, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The food order from room service can as expected. The hamburger was overcooked but maybe that was my fault by not ordering it properly. The beers were cold. Overall good job.
The property is extremely pet friendly. AND THAT IS APPRECIATED.
Maybe my next visit will include this hotel. MY wish if for more consistency.

Room was good although beds were very creaky. Our reservation included the buffet breakfast which was great with lots of options. Staff were fantastic, very friendly. We were traveling with dogs so having the option of a pet friendly room was appreciated.

El hotel está muy bien cuidado, personal amable y atento. Lo que sí los Uber son muy lentos 28 minutos de espera para un trayecto de 5 minutos, no se si sea por que está la inicio de la ciudad. De ahí todo muy bien.

The room offered did not have a window. The only alternative was a room with twin matrimonial beds which we accepted. However, the a/c unit in the room did not heat (it was very cold), the wardrobe door handle was falling off and there was no hot water.

Empezando con el nulo sentido de comproniso de Sheraton al cancelar una reservacion de pagar en el desk y tratar de obligar al cliente a pagar a mas tardar a la hora del check-in, también, hace ya tiempo que las tarjetas bancarias no traen número ni cvv, por lo que pedir esos datos como garantía de reserva es algo incumplible.
y no, tu no viajas seguro con expedia, te pueden cancelar
