Al reservar llame para ver qué piso me había tocado y me dijeron que el 1piso vengo con mi mamá que es de la tercera edad y al llegar me Dieron el segundo piso las escaleras para mi mamá están súper pesadas La limpieza de 10 Al salir el que está de guardia tenía una actitud molesta Dos señores que no les pregunte su nombre excelente servicio

Der Charme der Kolonialzeit spiegelt sich überall wieder! Es ist wundervoll, sich darin wiederzufinden. Leider ist die Pflege der antiquitären Bauelemente sehr aufwändig und gelingt nicht überall vollständig (Holzarbeiten). Das Bett war sauber und relativ bequem. Der Geruch im Haus ist nicht überall astrein, aber das Personal tut alles, um dagegen anzugehen (Lufttrockner, Duftspender). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wer diese Stilepoche liebt, sollte hier unbedingt einmal übernachten. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die historische Altstadt zu erkunden. Direkt vor dem Eingang befindet sich ein kleiner Park. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich eine Kaffeehauskette, dort kann man frühstücken.

Small room

Great location and history. It’s close to main plaza and tons of shops and restaurants. It’s beautiful but needs some updating. Lighting could be better. The bathroom is oddly configured and water pressure was not very good. Little touches of free water , coffee in room or in common areas would have been nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Es un precioso edificio, el personal es muy amable y resuelven todas tus dudas. La habitación siembre la mantuvieron limpia.

Great location

The staff was super great! Kind, helpful, considerate, professional. Our room was spotless. We had an inside room which I recommend if you are sensitive to loud music from surrounding venues. Our inner room was very quiet. Lovely! The AC was excellent. The bath products were very nice.

Staff friendly. We only stayed for a night but it was in El Centro area where we were able to see a lot and we took a short walking tour.

Great old hotel. A classic. The staff are great, very accommodating. There are not many amenities in the hotel, but the area is great. Easy morning coffee with the Starbuck’s downstairs.

A gem of an old hotel. It is just beautiful. There are not many services, but it is a great location with everything could want within a block or two. Great staff. Very accommodating.

Demasiado chica e Insegura en su Infraestructura. Escalón alto saliendo del Baño, Lava Manos dentro de la Recámara, NO funcionó TV

This is not a three-star hotel. Air conditioner was too weak to cool the room. Refrigerator did not work, although staff insisted it did. TV remote sometimes worked. However, when i got it working, channel selection was great. Staff was very friendly. Location is excellent.
