great location for a layover and staff very friendly and helpful. However the room has the noisiest air-conditioning system ever - even when fan (alledgedly) switched off and so had to sleep wearing noise cancelling headphones! Towels in bathroom definitely need replacing - not sure if they were ever fluffy but they are certainly next to bald now! expect better from the Hilton also, no hairdryer or coffee pods for the nespresso machine - really?!

I’ve stayed at many different hiltons. The sheets were stained and everything in room was not displayed for a guest.

I lIke how its inside airport. Its Just a walking distance to your gate. or a shuttle away to terminal 2

The hotel didn’t respect my Platinum status with Orbitz, even thought when I booked you said it would. Not very happy 😐

Inside the airport, no need tonrush over traffic

This hotel is awful. Never stay at this hotel. The TV doesn’t work, the phone doesn’t work, nothing in the room is functioning, I paid 300 USD per night and they would only give me one towel and I had to walk to the front desk to get it.

Unfortunately our flight was delayed and our luggage was transferred to another flight when I asked for toothpaste and a toothbrush, the staff indicated they did not have any which I think is not acceptable as this hotel is inside the airport and I am sure this is something that is very common to happen to travelers, so I was disappointed that being a 4 star hotel they did not have these items available for guests staying overnight.

The room was fine, the service was average, but overall, convivence considered, it is simply not worth $250 a night!

The hotel room was very hot. The only way you could keep the air conditioner on was to keep the room key in the box that brings power to the room. ( The air conditioner barely worked it only went down 2 degrees the whole time we stayed. We asked for a extra room key and they made a huge deal and had to get the manager’s permission.

Safe place , clean near terminal

When i got to room i ate at restaurant and found 2 long hairs in my meal. i showed the waiter and was charged full price. Hostess asked me to add tip. I refused to tip. When I got my room There was candy and dust bunnies on the floor. I had to stay late and paid for 4 hours but was interupted 3 times by house keeoing in the last hour so i was unable to rest before my flight.

Very convenient for layovers and traveling

Very convenient location. Good food and bar. Gets a little noisy, but makes sense, at the end of the day, you are within the airport.

Mainly whole building except hotel room smell sewage and noisy.

Everything was great!

Shower heads both ( regular one and rain shower head ) were needed to repaired. Other than that, location, customer services were great.
