Surprisingly nice for being cheap and having parking.

Thtoilet was broken they did not fix it until the next day, no iron in the room, The bed was hard, they gave us two pillows, we had to argue withem about getting two more pillows, room service brought us cold breakfast, no microwave in the room. Security told my family member to move the car when it was noticeable that we were having a family conversation. Very rude secuirty. I wil not go back to this hotel

I didn’t like the room next to the stairway it slammed all night. Other than that I love it. It was great for me to rest away from home. Will be staying there again.

Stayed here for one night on 2/1/2020. Expedia's webpage states there is a room safe. There is not. Lighting in the room needs improvement. I was at the end of a hallway and the fire escape doorway was propped open all night. There is a bar across the street that plays loud music until 2:30am Saturday nights. The staff is friendly at this property.

The staff cannot communicate in English, but that is quite common in Mexican Hotels, unless you can spare the bucks for Hilton or Marriott. Google translate was very helpful in this situation. I have booked here at Expedia, but they could not find my reservation, however, they gave me a room for exact the same rate I have booked for.

Air conditioning was not working the right way. It was so freaking hot!! That's all I have to say!!!

Accueil n'est pas des plus chaleureux à la réception. Mais la chambre était assez confortable, dommage que les fauteuils ne puissent pas vraiment être utilisés car ils ne sont pas nettoyés correctement. Ma chambre n'avait pas de lumière naturelle, donc elle était plutôt sombre même avec toutes les lumières allumées. Le système de climatisation était adossé à la chambre et était constamment bruyant. L'hôtel est sur une avenue très utilisée parr des milliers de véhicules et à proximité de stations de métro et de lignes de bus donc on peut facilement se déplaces . Hôtel ok mais je n'y retournerai pas

You get what you pay for ,I was charged 200 pesos for extra towels during night . The night employees were both asleep when I needed help Guess it's common practice for the night shift employees to sleep.. Makes you feel real safe . Bunch of cameras but the people watching them are sleeping ,The lady night attendant was somewhat rude and annoyed, . Nevermind i.woke her up needing help,Air conditioner went out last night .Did nothing to accomdate me . Its a cheap.priced hotel you get what you pay for .
