Good location but there is a disco bar nearby, open just 4 months ago, and the music is very loud from 10 to 2 am. They warn you when you check in . There is no TV, the breakfast is average. The workers are very friendly, room was very clean.

Trocamos de quarto pois o nosso primeiro tinha um odor fortíssimo de esgoto, mas só conseguimos fazer isso no dia seguinte porque após 10:30 pm o único funcionário disponível no hotel inteiro era o segurança da portaria. O café da manhã é simples, mas é bom, mas vc não pode repetir nada, achei isso curioso

Hotel con buen mantenimiento y servicio, limpio y personal amable.
El único pero es que, por estar en la calle principal de Zicatela, hay mucho ruido de los antros hasta entrada la madrugada.

The hotel is well located and clean. The problem is the staff. The receptionist (a guy in the afternoon) was very disrespectful and dishonest. My group of tourists arrived at the hotel in the evening, already tired from the trip. The receptionist made my group pay for an extra room unnecessarily. The reservation was already made and paid for. When I spoke on the phone with the receptionist, he was dishonest, rude, and racist. He did not have the courtesy to apologize to my group. A regrettable situation.
