The location was initially off-putting, as this boutique hotel is located in a small town composed only of dirt roads. However, we were pleased to have given this place a shot anyway, as the establishment was clean and secure. Furthermore, the owner was present and played an active role in ensuring guest satisfaction. Baja Hotel is a welcoming, family friendly place about at 20 minute drive from Las Cañadas. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning during future visits.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom one 7 ppl total and oy had 1 toilet paper and 2 towels other than that great just surrounding area looks bad

The hotel is located in a convenient area near stores and restaurants and close to the main interstate road. The staff was great and helpful.
The hotel restaurant serves a good variety of tasty local food if you feel like staying indoors.
The only issue I had is that the hotel is located in an underdeveloped area with very bumpy and rocky dirt roads, you need a lift 4x4 to get there.

The actual hotel was great. The rooms were beautiful! Beds were comfy- a plus for me! But the location was a little hard to find because of the road construction. And you have to drive through dirt road to get there. But the good in the restaurant was amazing!

La estancia fue agradable, solo un poco duro el colchón de la cama para mi gusto y nos hizo falta una cobijita extra ya q solo había una cobija delgada e hizo frío en la madrugada.
Por lo demás, una habitación agradable y moderna.

My husband arrived around 2am after a long trip, during a family emergency. Even though my reservation said “paid” they were showing that it wasn’t and wouldn’t let him stay… they could have seen that there was a credit card used for reservation and used that one.. or given guest a room and allowed him until morning to fix account when everyone was awake. Instead they just let him leave instead of finding a solution. They lost two nights of pay for that decision.

El Sr. Juan que nos atendió fue muy amable pero el lugar NO está en Ensenada, está como a una hora en un lugar que hay que entrar por terracería y en medio de la nada, La habitación olía mal. Lo siento pero definitivamente NO lo recomiendo.
