Leer bien la descripción del alojamiento porque no me percaté que el cuarto no tenía baño, era baño compartido y están en malas condiciones

Hotel cómodo para pasar la noche camas excelentes muy cómodas

Siempre regresamos a este hotel en nuestras vacaciones, la ubicación es excelente así como el servicio. La ambientación es muy agradable por las noches.

Fue una experiencia que no cumplio con mis expectativas. Dijeron que no habria costo por agregar a una persona extra (menor de edad), aún preguntando días antes de mi reservación. Al realizar check out estaba cerrado la recepción y fuimos a decirle al personal que deseamos hacer check out y solo dijo "ok ahorita voy" y nos hizo esperar bastante tiempo. Lo que preocupo más es que al final llego otro huésped reportando que se le había perdido 400 DLLs. Me defraudó ya que no es la primera vez que me e hospedado en este hotel.

First off, we do like to take vacations that are "luxurious" but we also take a lot of low budget trips to go away more often and see new places. This review is a budget review 2 things matter most to us 1 cleanliness and 2 a pool We are content with a basic room as long as we have beds and a bathroom and they are clean (a TV is nice but we have devices to watch content on) Cleanliness rating 10 Room rating 9 Room amenities I, AC, TV (Some rooms share a bathroom) Hotel/condo/VRBO rating 9 Amenities, pool Pool rating 10. Good sun and shade as sun moves, warm pool Staff rating 10 Restaurant rating/options, n/a Location to things, walkable to almost anything If you're looking for budget, I would recommend This review does not take restaurant food in the consideration There are plenty of options nearby in driving walking distance

No se aseguraron de revisar si la reserva estaba pre-pagada. El ruido era insoportable durante toda la noche.

El personal es muy amable super recomendable!!!!

Salle de bain partagé minuscule avec odeur d’excréments. Personnel rude avec les clients. Charge excédentaire pour invités. Piscine avec 2 chaises seulement et brisé. Bruit des bars jusqu’à 02:00 du matin.

El hotel es muy bonito, lo marcan de dos estrellas pero parece de más.

Hôtel tout a fait convenable. Bien situé, non loin d'une petite plage, d'une rue très commerçante et animée. La soirée les bruits des festivités alentours se font un peu entendre jusque dans la chambre !

Absolutely horrid conditions. The rooms had a very strong odour of mold. Staff refused to provide q refund for the room after we decided not to stay do to the condition of the room. Left us with 3 young children, one who was quite sick, with no refund and where to go. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Do yourself a favour and look at literally any other option in the area.

Great location

Solo es tuvimos un par de horas dejamos la habitación temprano está limpio y tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador pero no tienen TV las habitaciones

Muy lindo todo y muy bien cuidado, pero el personal de recepción. Ninguna experiencia en el servicio al cliente ( rey mundo o Reynaldo no me acuerdo muy bien de su nombre ) , suelen responder como si no saben nada o no muy seguro . Falta de experiencia y más respeto al hablar con un cliente ( cero clase)
