Limpieza y Buenos muebles excelente todo. Sabrosa comida en el restaurante

Bueno el lugar, pero temprano no había jugo de naranja para el desayuno

Los desayunos no son tan buenos, en general el restaurante deja mucho que desear en cuanto a sabores. La atención 10/10.

La habitación bien hasta que por la noche salio una chinche en la cama me cambiaron de habitación pero al no tener garantía de que se pudiera repetir el incidente opte por dejar las instalaciones

Very good

To be fair to the hotel, this review is regarding an incident with the hotel restaurant. The hotel was clean, but room was in disrepair (toilet door handle was missing, made it a little difficult to open the door to get out of toilet room). The room is very close to street, we had difficulty sleeping due to the large trucks using engine braking to stop. Went on most of the night. At the Copacabana Restaurant we had dinner. At the end of the meal, I proceeded to pay. The waiter who had provided excellent service, wouldn't let me choose the tip amount. Instead he chose it himself. He then wouldn't let me have a copy of my receipt to see how much was charged to my credit card. Luckily, I have an app on my phone to see the cost instantly. This is not proper customer service. Fortunately, the waiter selected the amount of tip that I wanted to pay, so I didn't have to contact my bank to adjust/reverse charges. The area was also of concern for safety. The reason why we ate at the hotel was because my wife didn't feel comfortable venturing into the street. My wife is a Mexican National, and has lived her entire life in Mexico. There was no visible security at the hotel during our visit. Unfortunately, because of the room noise, treatment of the waiter, and safety concerns, we will not be back to this hotel. Initial check in staff was friendly. When we checked out, staff didn't inquire as to how our stay was, which is basic if you want to improve hotel.

el hotel en general muy bien, mi molestia fue mas con ustedes, por motivos hospitalarios no pudimos ocupar la segunda noche que habia pagado y no hubo manera de cancelarla o de que me la reagendaran para otra fecha ya que regresare a la cdmx en proximos dias, y no hubo manera, asi que se perdio ese dinero y la habitacion no se usó, pero entiendo que eso no fue cosa del hotel sino de las condiciones de ustedes...

Excelente hotel todo está muy limpio es espacioso y sobre todo la comida del restaurante es muy buena y tienen opciones muy saludables en general me gustó mucho y tiene buena ubicación

Clean room, good staff, breakfast was very good!

The WiFi didn't work for me but other than that it was okay. The rooms were clean overall and the staff was friendly. Food was okay.

El personal del hotel muy amable en especial recepción, contesto perfecto nuestras dudas, el cuarto muy limpio aunque no tenía plancha pero todo lo demás muy bien
