La estancia del hotel fue buena sin embargo al pedir una lasaña al restaurante del mismo parecían las obras de un comensal anterior Solo dos o tres rebanadas de pasta y salsa de tomate muy ácida sin embargo es una mejor opción que otros hoteles que están ahí por su tina y su cama grande

Faltan mas blancos, sabanas y almohadas en la habitación. Pero en lo general, es buen hotel y se duerme tranquilo, asimismo, excelente atención por el personal del mismo.

El personal es excelente, la alberca es riquísima de 1.20 mts, las instalaciones ya se les nota la edad pero se mantienen en buenas condiciones, pero si es algo ruidosa porque está en medio de dos zonas muy concurridas

Pésimo servicio… para realizar el check in tardamos 2 horas en una fila.. a las 5pm nos informan q aún no está limpia la habitación..
tenían alta demanda de hospedaje sin embargo solo 2 personas para el registro de más de 40 personas… la peor experiencia…

Very bad experience. The cleanliness was terrible: there were hairs in the bathtub, a sewage smell, and dirty floors.
The towels were old and the room was very dark.
You could clearly hear everything the guests in the room next door were saying. There was no coffee maker in the room, and no one informed us about services like the pool.
For the price we paid, it was very disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

Staff was very friendly but the light sockets in our rooms did not work, but one only. Also twice during our 4 day stay our key room did not function so coming late we had to go to the front and ask to get in.
