Well the room didnt provide toilet paper , and when i ask the front desk they told me they didnt have none , so i went to the store n bought my own , not ok !

Made a reservation 10/30/25 with credit card thru Expedia with a discount but once I got to the Hotel Gala Oaxaca was told that I needed to pay cash only & it was $600 pesos more than what it was thru the app. Didn’t argue and paid for it but once I left the Hotel I got charge on my credit card even though I pay cash. I like the location close to the centro and room was ok.

Poor light, very small bathroom, hard bed, not elevator hard to transport the luggage to the rooms and not people around to help.

Todo excelente.

Felt very creepy. Lamp in room but no where to plug it in. The good thing was hot water, the bad is, it was scalding. Great location and staff

Me gustó la ubicación. Es limpio y la mayoría de la gente del hotel amable.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y buen servicio que aumque se ve que ya tiene sus años esta conservado y funcional.

Lo unico me gustaria que agregaran fuera conecion para carga computadoras' celulares etc....no tienen un estacion en los cuartos

Clean and quiet!!

Very well located on a corner just across from the main square. We came for the Radish Festival and subsequent Christmas activities and were always just steps away from the festivities. The hotel is noisy as many have reported but this is because it is historic tile and plaster walls. The rooms are very small, but comfortable for sleeping. We do not travel to stay in our rooms anyway, so we were fine and the price was attractive. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as our Spanish was not so good.

Me llevo una muy buena experiencia del hotel, personal muy amable y buena atención, todo cercano.Lo unico que encuentro de inconveniente es no tener elevador y es un problema con las maletas.

El hotel es muy sencillo y tiene lo básico. No cuenta con estacionamiento, lo que puede ser muy incómodo dado que al menos en diciembre no es fácil estacionarse en el centro de Oaxaca.

Se descompuso el lavabo de manos y la tube que pagar

En la reservación era de dos camas matrimoniales y nos dieron una de dos camas individuales, olía mucho a humedad, la taza del baño al entrar estaba sucia y olía mal, no contaba con aire acondicionado; la habiatación demasiado reducida
