Experiencia decepcionante desde el check-in.
El proceso de llegada fue desorganizado y con una atención poco resolutiva. En una de las habitaciones de mis familiares el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y a pesar de reportarlo de inmediato, no ofrecieron una solución efectiva ni la opción de cambio de habitación, argumentando que no era posible.
Adicionalmente, hubo confusión con la reservación: nuestro paquete incluía desayuno, pero el personal insistía en que no estaba contemplado, generando un momento incómodo y pérdida de tiempo mientras se aclaraba.
En general, considero que el hotel necesita mejorar significativamente su organización interna, la comunicación entre su personal y la atención al cliente para evitar este tipo de situaciones.

Had to switch bedroom because the AC was leaking, which is fine, it can happen; but on the other room there was used soap on the shower and hairs on the floor.
Overall bedrooms were OK, but the fact that had that detail on the bathroom was not ok.
Not bugs, or anything found on the room. Overall was 6-7 out of 10.
Also breakfast was not excellent, coffee was good.

Clean room and comfortable bed but would not be my first choice to stay again due to the following:
- the front desk woke me up when they called me for an early morning shuttle that had arrived for a different guest (my shuttle was for later in the day). I had to go down and sort it out with the driver myself. No apology was given.
- the A/C did not work (remote did not turn on)
- I stayed for a wedding and they were clueless about wedding favors that were left at the front desk to be given to guests
