The staff was super attentive and friendly, the location of the hotel was fabulous with minutes walking sigan e to the town square and lots of attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. The room was comfortable and clean and they replaced towels daily! Overall great experience. Although it’s close to downtown, it’s quiet at night, no issues at all. Super happy with the stay!

Perfectly clean room, great towels and sheets, good tv with good channels, fantastic location, great roof top deck with bar and a very small pool.
Had a great time and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was ok but breakfast could be improved.

Pool and breakfast were the highlights of the hotel. Did not use the spa. Was never offered by the way. Not the best staff experience besides the chef who was very cordial this morning. I had an issue with smoking outside on the terrace and they won’t give me back my deposit of 2,000.00 mxn pesos. Just for smoking outside when no one was around. My guests and I never once smoked inside the room

Todo muy bien, el hotel esta muy céntrico. Lo único complicado es bajar y subir el equipaje ahi en el hotel. No hay lugar de estacionamiento ni para eso. El valet hace mucho para ayudar.
