Staff was pleasant. Desk sometimes unattended so had to wait for key. Cooling unit when automatically adjusting made noise loud enough to wake me. Bedside light not working and desk said connection issue so no remedy. Hot water sometimes unavailable. Mattress harder than any I’ve experienced. Maid service friendly and effective.

No hot water during our 1 week stay. Changed rooms 3 times. No coffee, no fridge, sink sprays water all over, decor is nice - could be cleaner, staff was friendly, location is close to town center, Bottom line - too expensive for what you get. Don’t know how they are staying in business. Seemed like we were the only guests.

The place is close to Oaxaca downtown so it is easily accessible by foot or taxi. The building is has a certain charm to its walls and decoration, however it shows some accumulation of dust on the decorations. There are apparently not many people working in there. Breakfast is not included nor offered as an option. It has a small pool only with cold water.

Is nice and clean staff is friendly and helpful

Great location, front desk staff was very nice. We had issues with weak wifi, spotty hot water for the shower and no room cleaning.

La habitación es pequeña pero en general esta bien, nunca hubo internet aunque les dije el problema y la tele también fallo y tampoco hubo solución en toda la estancia

Nothing, the hotel described itself like a suite and actually was a low budget, overpriced room, with a flooded bathroom

Price was good. Hotel was clean and safe.Walking distance to Centro activities. Small size. Poor to no internet. No electric kettle, microwave or refrigerator. Must be an experienced traveler with some Spanish skill to appreciate this Hotel.

The beds are horrible. My back went out bra size of the condition of the bed, water takes too long to heat up

La atención del staff buena, muy amables. Pero la habitación olía mucho a humedad todo el tiempo, nos quedamos sin agua caliente.

Great little spot near so much in the city. Only complaint would be air flow through the room. Not able to open a upper window without opening the whole window space. So no secure way to allow airflow through the room for those of us who don’t like A/C. Understandable since the city is quite dusty. Clean neat little room which is all you need the city has so much to offer so don’t spend much time in the room. No kitchen or anything just a bedroom and a nice little restroom. Shower no tub incase your wondering. Always someone available at the seat 24 hours to give you anything such as towels or Toilet paper.

This property was actually better than I expected. It was only 3 block from the zocalo, it was very clean, the staff was friendly and professional. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the restaurant was open.

Clean and peaceful hotel, within walking distance of the Zócalo. The pool water was cold but great for a quick dip after a day in the sun. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!

It was walking distant from the main city plaza (ten minutes away). There was two restaurants and two bars on the same block. Staff was very nice.

No tenía disponibilidad el restaurante, esta cerrado. Por ello no vendría mal ofrecieran cafetera en habitaciones y serví bar.

El servicio fue excelente y el hotel es muy cómodo, además de que esta muy cerca del centro

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff. The hot water in the shower was impossible to adjust. Either too hot or too cold.
