En la habitación asignada se escuchaban muchos ruidos ( el timbre del lobby por las madrugadas; el desagüe de la habitación contigua; el área de mantenimiento,etc), pero fue una habitación limpia, sin malos olores y el hotel en una muy buena ubicación.

Nothing is 4 star at this place.
The facility is super old and poor, walls are paper thin, you can hear everything.
A 6.5 earthquake hit CDMX, the tile in the bathroom almost fell off, the wall peel off and fell in pieces.
It was definitely safety hazard, however the front desk didn't say anything about my terrible experience, just said it is the earthquake, nothing to do with them. He yield at me and argued with me, because I did early checkout and had question on the penalty charge. He insisted there is one night of charge, which is different from what Expedia told me.
And what is the worst, after I checkout, the hotel took all the four remaining nights that I didn't stay, no refund at all. It is scam. They just want your money, they don't want to offer service with any quality. The talk and thin guy was a liar. I doubt if he is even qualified for this job. Which 4 star hotel front desk will yield and argue with customer. So unprofessional!!! RUDE, TERRIBLE!
