Too noisy!!! the personal that is in charge of cleaning the rooms very loud. The bathroom to small. The room n bathroom very dark. Not even a chair or hangers to hang clothes. Water in the shower very cold. The last night we were not able to take a shower because there were no hot water on shower. Very disappointing! I will not recommend this hotel

Room in good condition, water pressure wasn’t as great,hard to regulate temperature in the shower

Se escuha el Ruido de afuera, hacen mucho ruido a todas horas. El cuarto es frio, no dan cobija extra y el baño esta descuidado

Room needed to be cleaned but staff was very nice.

The bedrooms are disgusting, the bedding is old and looks dirty. The bathrooms are super small you can’t sit on the toilet without hitting your knees agains the wall and mind you I’m only 5ft tall. They don’t clean the room floors well enough. At a glance the lobby looks nice but once you go into the hallways to go to your room you see reality hit. Will not ever recommend anyone to stay here.

Es un hotel bonito y económico, sin embargo, se anuncian con estacionamiento y no tienen, hay que pagarlo a dos cuadras del hotel. También es incómodo que todo se escucha, cualquier ruido se oye. Poco silencioso.

The stay was for 3 nights. There was no air conditioning, but a fan was provided upon request. There was no hair dryer or iron available. The room lighting was dim—one of the bulbs might have been out—and there were only two outlets (one in the bathroom and one in the closet), which made it difficult to charge phones and laptops while using the fan. The location is great, just a 6-minute walk from the center, and the customer service was amazing. Overall, I’d rate it a 3 out of 5.

Baño muy pequeño y habitación muy reducida

el dia que llegue la señorita de la recepcion me estaba dando 3 habitaciones que yo no solicite y le pedi de la manera mas atenta que le diera mis habitaciones y se molesto por soicitarlo y estaba de malas. aun nado a eso las 3 habiatacioens que me dieron los balos estabas sucios de la pared de la regadera tenian suciedad como que los limpias muy superticialmente

Unas toallas y almohadas mejores

Todo muy bien., aunque el estacionamiento está cerca de ahí.. muy seguro todo

El hotel anuncia en su página estacionamiento. Y cobran pensión nocturna y se pasan de las 7am cobran el estacionamiento por hora. Creo que la publidad es engañosa

Pésimo hotel, ofrecen desayuno completo y usan los mismos ingredientes en 4 días de estancia, mismo jugo de papaya azucarado, salsa verde, tortillas y queso todos los días, el último, no desayunamos ahí, estábamos asqueadas. La habitación muy pequeña, sin ventilación,demasiado caliente y la ventana sellada, abrimos la ventana del baño para refrescar un poco la cápsula de habitación y olía demasiado a drenaje. El inodoro en pésimas condiciones, se batalló desde el primer día para bajarle, le dijimos a la recepcionista y dijo, hay que jalarle dentro del tanque. Agua sólo un botecito aunque la habitación sea doble. Las colchas súper amtigüas y las secan en sillas del jardín, ni siquiera en secadora. En fin, pésima experiencia, para el precio está fatal. El personal es atento pero se pagó por el hotel y es lo que aquí se califica. Yo lo dejaría en la clasificación de 1/2 estrella.

Lo que si es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio deberia tener un convenio con algun cerca no importa las noches de pension pero a un precio accesible eso le daria un plus

Estuvo bien, viaje con mis papás, habia leído los comentarios que eran muy malos y estaba un poco asustada, pero nada que ver, baño y habitacion limpios, agua caliente y el desayuno incluido muy rico. Y lugar tranquilo, dormí muy bien. Relacion precio calidad si concuerda.

The rooms had no AC no water in toilets. They were extremely small. Restroom was super small and if u used it the other person in the room had to wait hours to use it because it had no water and it would flow in slowly. They only have a fan. I would not stay here again
