The property is excellent: very clean, spacious rooms, nice restaurant and coffee shop, with staff that were professional and kind.
My only complaint is that I couldn't contact the property in advance to set up the airport shuttle, and that when I took it to the airport it runs only on the hour (not half hour) so I had to arrive very early for my flight. Not a major deal, but worth noting.

Antonio the van driver is EXCEPTIONAL! His professionalism is above par. He should be working front desk. Everytime i stay here he makes me feel like a special guest. He could teach front desk that.

Sebastián en el área de Cafetería Bar hace un trabajo excelente y con una muy buena actitud. El hotel en muy buena ubicación si vas a algún concierto al Palacio de los Deportes. Todo muy bien solo les falta espejo de vanidad en las habitaciones y si uno pide early check in te cargan el 50%....cada vez cobran todo y la atención al cliente cero...esto si me parece muy mezquino pero de ahi en fuera claro que volvería a hospedarme!

I found it very convenient that there was an exclusive hotel counter at the airport where I could request the shuttle service. Even though I checked in very late, the staff treated me very kindly, which left a very good impression on me.
I also used the room service; even though I placed my order late, they responded quickly, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious.
From now on, this will be my regular hotel.

Nice, sadly we were not here for long.
Free shuttle to and from the airport but far from the things you want to do and see.
Spacious, clean, great bed and bathroom. I’d skip their breakfast and order à la carte.

A mi llegada el check in se hizo trade, hasta las 16.30 ya que no contaban con habitaciones limpias.
Tuve que esperar en lobby durante una hora y eso afectó mis planes.
Nunca me ofrecieron los desayunos incluidos en recepción y olvidé utilizarlos.
La parte de la estadía estuvo bien.
