Hotel limpio con personal muy amable. Poco estacionamiento

It is a very nice clean hotel with friendly staff. However, there were a few things about it that I did not like. There is no soundproofing. You can hear everything happening outside, in the hallways, and furniture dragging in the rooms above you. The pool was very hot. It felt like a hot tub. It was not comfortable. They offer pool towels. The towels are clean, but they smell bad from overuse. The food was overpriced for the buffet and some items from the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was mediocre.

Lugar un poco descuidado y viejo, limpieza de habitaciones aceptable, pero solo lo básico no limpieza profunda, no cambiaban las sábanas, Internet muy malo. El desayuno no tiene muchas opciones y no estaba rico. Hay imágenes de la alberca que son del club de playa pero no está incluido en el precio de la estancia, se tiene que pagar para hacer uso de las instalaciones.

Beautiful property, delicious breakfast, wonderful staff. I marked it three stars because we did not sleep all of Saturday night. There is a bar across the street. The music was blaring until four am. We were told it would be quiet Sunday and it was. The ear plugs and pillows couldn’t hide the noise.

room was dirty and outdated, staff not helpful at all, really poor treatment, treated you like they were doing you a favor by letting you stay there. unable to answer any of your questions and not friendly will never go back there

La verdad es que es una gran opción, grande, en buena ubicación y en el lobby puedes pedir taxi para moverte por puerto escondido y llegan en 3 minutos a lo mucho

not a good experience, the staff is a little rude and the place is ok, they think that because they are in a small town they can treat people the way they want, and maybe they do, but it was not a good experience at all, I would never stay here again and I would never recommend not even my enemies to stay here.. they wont be in business for too long if they continue treating people the way they do, there are a lot of other options at a most reasonable cost.

Las fotos no corresponden al 100 % de la propiedad real ya que ponen la de una propiedad que tienen convenio y la cual cobra 1,600 adional por persona para estar en dicha propiedad que está sobre la playa

This place is awful, service is horrible and staff is just not properly trained

Llegué 40 minutos antes de la hora del check inn (3 pm), la recepcionista me manifestó que tenían mis habitaciones listas pero que podía acceder a ellas solo si hacía una reseña positiva del hotel, manifesté que no podía hacer dicha publicación porque acababa de llegar a la propiedad y así no podía evaluarla, me respondió entonces que esperara a las 3 pm, hice la publicación y como manifesté mi inconformidad la validó con su supervisora o con alguien de rango superior. Fue una situación lamentable que condicionen un early check inn de 40 minutos a cambio de una opinión positiva en redes. No recomiendo para nada este hotel.

Excellent place to stay, don't hesitate!

El estacionamiento muy pequeño. El costo de la habitación es alto, no corresponde con las características de la habitación

La comida variada el personal atento el desayuno bien tiene estacionamiento propio la alberca esta muy bien auque se ronpio una escalera de la misma Sugiero poner mas camastros tienen área para hacerlo

Disfrutamos mucho del servicio durante nuestra estancia en el hotel. El personal muy amable, la habitación limpia asi como tambien la alberca y el resto del hotel. Además cuentan con servicio de transporte hacia la playa bacocho sin ningun costo, solo el de la propina. Es un hotel muy accesible y esta cerca de las playas bacocho, coral y carrizalillo. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.👌

The hotel pool and bar is great. Breakfast was diverse and varies day to day. Room was clean but nothing spectacular. Everything around here will be walk ups but the AC in the rooms are excellent. I love that they have an airport shuttle Terrible wifi pretty much throughout the hotel except by reception.
