It was near the ADO bus station, just round the corner. I took an Uber / Didi car at the end as I had a lot of luggage. The hotel was far away from the city centre. Need to take an Uber / Didi car to get there. Not a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Business hotel with elevator. Good air-conditioning. Very spacious with good lighting and big tables and storage area. Relatively comfortable bed. The toilet and shower area is relatively small given the spacious room. Modern facilities with a fridge in the room. Saw a washing machine in the room but I did not use it. The staff looked professional. I arrived at 01:30am. The reception area and the lobby was open (with lights turned on). It seemed the staff were prepared to work at night. A uniformed security guard was sitting on a chair outside the hotel. When I approached the hotel, he asked me if I had a booking. It seemed he tried to tell me if I did not have a booking I could not check-in. I messaged the hotel earlier and notified them of my late arrival time. Check-in was smooth and professional. The toilet was not at the lobby area but on the 4/F floor, where the restaurant was. Spacious toilet. Good hotel option if you planned to stay near the ADO bus station and for a short stay in Vollahermosa.

Alojamiento para pasar la noche, nosotros llegamos tarde del aeropuerto de Villahermosa y fue la mejor opción al estar a 5min andando. El hotel es básico pero bien, se veía limpio. Lo malo fue que las paredes eran de papel y a las 4am escuchamos a una pareja discutir por un rato largo, al final la chica salió al pasillo corriendo y gritando socorro...Esto no fue culpa del hotel pero nos dejó intranquilos y con mal cuerpo.

Estuvo bien mi estancia y buena la atención un cuarto sin ruido

Ya cambiaron de administración, y está vez me fue muy bien. A diferencia la primera vez que me hospede ahí.

We arrived after a grueling 6-hour drive at 2:30PM. The staff would not allow us to check in until 3:00. We had to unload all our gear from the car into a cramped storage closet, then unload it 30 minutes later. There was absolutely no reason for this other than a mindless adherence to policy. Then, when we eventually got to our room we discovered that it had no window. We requested a room with a window and were told that only the suites have windows. I then requested a suite and said I'd pay the difference in price. They said "no", so I said I'd book an additional night, two nights in the suite, a win-win offer. They said "no" again because the registration form had already been completed. As you can see from these two examples, the staff at this hotel has been trained to follow rules rather than provide customer service. We booked a room at the Sleep Inn and the vibe is totally better.
