Me hubiera gustado me comentaran que habia construcción o no se que cosa cerca del hotel porque TODA la noche se escuchaba ruido de construcción, siempre me quedo en estel Hotel cada vez que visito Tijuana y me hubiera gustado avisaran. Otra cuestion es que generalmente me quedo en fin de semana y esta vez que salí en lunes el desayuno terminó a las 9 tambien me hubiera gustado cuando menos para saber y decidir si bajaba antes de esa hora, no que bajamos y nos informaron ya no habia servicio

The room was so clean and smelled fresh . Also the breakfast buffet is the best. Clean and comfy sofas in the lobby . Your staff spoke great Spanish and English !!! He was very attentive and polite. I forgot his name. But he was awesome as well as the chef on the kitchen making omelletes and serving pozole !!!

La habitación estaba en excelentes condiciones todos los servicios funcionales el bufete desayuno estaba riquísimo una excelente atención del personal.

Staff at the front desk are professional and kind

Everything within their control was great. A Westin is being built right next door and their heavy machinery use seems to peak between 9pm and 3am. It makes it difficult to sleep but there's nothing the Hyatt can do about it.

Great Location and very good breakfast buffet

Booked a one-night stay after flying back into TIJ from a trip. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room itself was comfortable. Parking felt secure and was included with the stay, which was a plus. The standout was definitely the breakfast. It was buffet-style, but with a full spread of Mexican options—pozole, chilaquiles, eggs, beans, plantains, potatoes—along with cereals, toast, a waffle station, pastries, a small salad bar, and fresh juices including orange juice. Everything was surprisingly good. The only improvement I’d suggest is replacing the room carpet with hard flooring. Other than that, it was a great experience overall, and I’d certainly stay here again.

Everyone is professional courteous and always smiling wich we love ,plus the rooms are so quiet
