En el tema de los baños generales, están en mal estado, le falta algo de mantenimiento al hotel. En cuanto al servicio de la gente muy bien!!

This is not a super luxurious resort but is very good. Mostly seems to be a domestic clientele so the food is much more like “home cooking” than other resorts. We liked that. Staff were all really good. Nice village feel in the complex.

Very dated and dirty. Room had no hot water and the sink was broken. Housekeeping didn't replenish wash cloths or hand towels. Room door did not shut properly. Food was mediocre and dishes and silverware were not always clean. Some staff were unpleasant. Pool areas is small and dirty. Litter on beach.

Le personnel très gentils. Cependant, le lavado a été bouche à notre arrive et tout au longue de notre sejour. Aussi, il sont manque de servilletes pour tous le premièr jour. Mais, pour le rest de notre sejour, le seevice c'est devenue incroyable.

Bonito pero falta organización y mejor atención en cosas básicas, nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación, la primera porque no funcionaba la TV (se tardaron dos días) y las siguientes porque la habitación no coincidía con las especificaciones que se reservaron

El Hotel se siente muy viejo, pocas opciones de comida y las bebidas sin sabor

Este hotel se debe catalogar muy debajo de cualquier categoría, es muy viejo, creo que el costo es muy elevado para el servicio e instalaciones que ofrece, más bien es un pequeño balneario de mala muerte. Entiendo que para otros pudiera ser un paraíso. Para mi no lo es y para todos los que tuvimos el infortunio de llegar aquí. Los restaurantes son fondas caras con disque comida gourmet y con reglamento de vestimenta elegante, hazme el favor. Los empleados muy amables debo decirlo, aunque algunos muy poco amables.

The check in waiting line was took too long and the customer was too slow.

Heavy construction on the property next to the dining area . Noisy with jack hammers The walls in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next rooms . The couple next to us sounding like they were making a porn movie and the front desk would not move us . We couldn’t stand to stay in our room with our children with that racket happening . We asked prior to going there if we could buy an all inclusive pass by the day and they told us yes no problem but once we arrived and tried to do that they told us we could only get one for all the days remaining

The food was gross, no champagne for breakfast. Our tv didn’t have a remote, our phone didn’t have a ring tone. This was probably the worst resort we’ve ever stayed at. On the plus side, the beach was wonderful, we made great friends, and we saw whales everyday

I told 3 times front desk the sheets were dirty since we arrived and they didnt change them!!! Take your money somewhere else

Todo, el personal excelente, las instalaciones en buen estado, el desayuno bien preparado u de buena calidad

Habitación con insectos, comida bastante mala, pocas toallas, no hay trato VIP por ser expedía gold. Aire acondicionado no enfría, cortinas rotas con hoyos, proceso de check in y check out tardado

We loved it, would stay again, but after we can enjoy the pool.

La mucama entró sin preguntar cuando mi esposa se estaba cambiando. El aseo queda mucho que desear y las instalaciones le hace falta bastante Mantenimiento. Yo no lo recomendaría. Ojalá puedan evitar este hotel.

Nos toco vista al estacionamiento, nada bueno para comentar en este aspecto. Definitivamente el estacionamiento no esta bien, demasiados vehículos y lanchas paradas desde hace mucho tiempo (tapadas y con polvo de meses); que quitan espacios para los clientes!!!

El personal muy atento siempre aunque les falta un poco de habilidad para el manejo de tantos huéspedes en esta temporada. El hotel en general muy bien
