The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. There are 3 pools on the property, one on the bottom, one on the roof, and one on the 4th floor.
Upon arrival we met with the reception who didnt have very good english. This is expected as it is Mexico, so we ended up using Google Translate and getting our room just fine.
The cleaning staff were amazing. Offering to clean our room every day, doing the dishes and neatly organizing our stuff, but not in the way where it was too invasive.
The only gripe I had was that the breakfast at the hotel isnt very good. It includes coffee, a pastry, and some toast. However, it was very cheap at the price of $35MXN (~$2 USD)
This place is a very affordable option for PDC and I definitely recommend staying here.

Excelente lugar para relajarse y descansar, me gusta porque está alejado del ruido de los bares y antros, un área muy tranquila para descansar. Aparte los precios muy económicos, es un excelente lugar en calidad , comodidad y precio!!

El lugar es confortable, el problema son las personas que están en recepción, no tienen experiencia, hacen esperar mucho para hacer el check in y check out.
Lamentablemente me robaron una pertenencia en su escritorio que es su "recepción" y se desentendieron.
Por el servicio del personal lo califico como malo.

I like the place. It has all I need for a stay in playa de Carmen. A microwave, bed, aircon and a nice bathroom. It's 6 blocks from the beach and near the pedestrian street where the restaurants and stores are

LLegó a las 12 del dia, y me hicieron esperar para darme la habitación, deje mi equipaje y salí a dar la vuelta.
esta muy lejos del centro y de la playa como 5 calles, las albercas con el agua sucia y le ponían el liquido para desinfectar el agua de las albercas a las 830 de la mañana casi cuando los huéspedes van a entrar a la alberca.
