Grounds beautiful but pools were cold. Staff very friendly. Good location. The only thing was the room was very dark and had no balcony. It was on the ground with only a window , not even a sliding door. It felt very clastiphobic . The so called kitchen was a coffee maker and microwave on a microwave cabinet. When I asked to be moved they said no other rooms available. Which I found hard to believe since it wasn’t very busy. So if you are thinking of this place call to be sure what you are getting. It was disappointing to end our trip staying here for this reason. Not what we were expecting.

La verdad tanto mi habitación como el lugar está increíble el restaurante también valió mucho la pena. Las vistas están increíbles no podría darme un dato negativo. Embargo probablemente puedan mejorar porque viene siendo el sistema de los tours con la persona que está ahí y el sistema del spa Quedó muy satisfecho, una instancia, esperando volver en próximas soluciones y antemano, quedo muy agradecido por todas las oraciones que me brindaron

Habitaciones muy limpias, el personal muy amable, todo el servicio fue excelente

The kitchen had a very off putting smell. The biggest concern was the pull out couch. It was absolutely tiny that my daughter who is about 5’2” was too tall. And even worse there was a metal bar digging into her back when she lay down. Three of us had to sleep in the one bed which was not optimal at all.

We are making this Resort our annual family reunion place. Very good restaurant also.

Great place to stay, we had a view of the pool, and past it ocean, easy to get to ocean! Great balcony, well equipped kitchen. Great outdoor covered restaurant, always prompt with food, beautiful view from there. Lovely well kept grounds. Large grocery store across the street, handy to food and restaurants!

Young girl had no idea where my room was, she had to call someone to check me in, a/c was not working 100 percent

El lugar en general está bien.

Maravilloso lugar familiar para quedarse amé la regadera de la habitación!!! Volveré el próximo verano con toda mi familia. También me gusto la seguridad alrededor de la propiedad , todo el tiempo personas de vigilancia caminando.

El departamento está viejo aire sin funcionar y baños tapados todo lo contrario hace tres años que fui

Buena ubicación

Me agradó por qué está a pie de playa y no hay mucha gente alrededor, puedes llevar tu comida sin ningún problema, lo recomiendo. La estadía fue muy agradable.

The property was well maintained. The kids enjoyed visiting the multiple pools. They did not want to go to the beach because of the crocodile warning sign posted at the beach. The rooms came with filtered water which was a huge benefit. They refilled it while we were there. Rooms are spacious. We had two bathrooms/shower plus a kitchen. It was villita. We went into town daily using public transportation. The bus stops right in front of the grounds. There are shops directly across the street too.

We had a bad experience. Our condo was not ready at 3:00 pm and they checked us in anyway! We waited in the staircase for over 45 minutes with a party of 7 including a 4 year old and a 5 month baby in a 89 degree weather. Then the room was not cleaned. It was recent remodel and all the surfaces were dusty and the floors cover with clay dust. Toiletries, towels and bathrooms were all covered with hair and clay dust. We had to way an additional hour, for a second cleaning the following morning. We had a 6 night stay and we lost water for half a day on our 4th day and no one notify us. On the fifth day my 4 year old’s face and neck was covered with bed bug bites. We just took hug to the doctor and required allergy medication. We are very disappointed for how much we paid. We should get a refund.
