Realmente me gustó que se encuentre muy limpio, mire que mucha gente comenta que no hay recepcionista pero el recepcionista nos dijo que está de 10:00am a 6:00pm, los mensajes que envié por WhatsApp me los contestaron y allí me avisaron que si estaba lista mi habitación, lo recomiendo 10/10.

Al dpto le falta mucha limpieza las cortinas sucias, el sofá cama que tenía ahí apestaba al igual que le alfombra que tienen, no dejaron ropa para dormir en el sofá

We planned to stay here for 5 nights and ended up cancelling our stay and booking else where. Our room was not clean, the sofa bed was stained and dirty. The sheets, pillows/towels in our rooms had stains as well and the kitchen sink had splashes of dark food stains. We tried to get a refund and the manager agreed to it based on our conversation with the receptionist. We filed a complaint through Expedia and they tried to get a hold of the manager several times, even though it was the manager who told us to refund it through Expedia and then they will approve it on their end. It was such a stressful trip considering I should be relaxing on vacation. I rarely leave reviews like this, but I highly recommend staying else where.

This place is horrible the property doesn’t have check in till 11 pm like it states. Receptionist gets there at 9 am to 3 pm. We ended up getting there at 9:30 pm no one was there. I called and message the number I was provided and no one ever answered. I would advise to call before booking you would see that they would never answer because I was calling to informed them we were not going to arrive at 3 pm for check in but we will be there at a later time and no ever answered we ended up staying in the car till the following morning and no one knew anything or where to complain. The toilet seat was not attached, the towels were so old and see through, the sofa were dirty and it had cigarette burns. The sheets were stained and the mattress was dirty and it smelled like pee. The pool was very dirty and green. The house pans and pots were not in good condition to cook in.

Appartement hôtel, mais prévoyez d’apporter tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le barbecue en photo est sympa, mais il faut acheter le gaz vous-même, car la bouteille était vide, et personne ne nous la remplacé, on as juste dit d'en acheter. De plus, il y a des couverts (fourchettes, etc.), mais seulement pour 4 personnes. Pas de sel, poivre, huiles etc si vous venez à plus de 4, cela devient très compliqué pour manger, car il n’y a pas de table, seulement un bar avec 4 tabourets. Les douches fonctionnent très mal, la “piscine” n’est pas nettoyée et n’est pas remplie entièrement. Il y a bien une machine à laver, mais rien pour étendre le linge. L’appartement n’était pas propre : toiles d’araignées, canapé noir de saleté, rideaux très sales, et encore des toiles d’araignées dans les chambres. La communication avec le propriétaire est quasiment impossible. Vous devez absolument arriver avant 18h, ce qui m’a fait perdre la première nuit, car je n’ai pas pu m’arranger avec eux. Bref, je ne recommande pas cet endroit. Il faut tout racheter pour pouvoir utiliser l’appartement correctement. Considérez cela comme une simple chambre d’hôtel pour ne pas être déçu.

Excelente estancia, ubicación, y lugar.. Solo parece tener problemas con el olor el baño, por la tarde-noche olía a orines.. desconozco el motivo

El condominio es bonito y cómoda, la alberca también es bonita pero no está muy limpia. En recepción nunca responden, fue un dolor de cabeza poder comunicarme con ellos y el guardia de la noche no te da nada de información, tardamos más de una hora en encontrar nuestro condominio ya que el solo respondía que le diéramos derecho y nos mandaba a otro lado, considero que es un error total poner de su parte los números de condominios por dentro de los elevadores ya que no se ven, si pudieran enumerar por fuera para que se pueda ver sería una mejora increíble ya que reitero, el guardia de noche solo te responde que el no sabe nada y no hay nadie que te ubique, tienes que estar buscando tu apartamento

Les faltan muchas cosas en el departamento. Como un trapo. La vajilla completa. Muy mala calidad de shampoo y acondicionador. Las cortinas y toallas rotas. El control de la tv sin pilas. No gabia gemte em recepcion muchas veces. Nos quedsmos sin intermet un tiempo... otro sin luz...y no habia a quie. Reportar nada

Estuvo muy buena la estancia si es de gran ayuda rentar coche para desplazarte a donde quieras y conocer muchos lugares cerca . Lo único que recomendaría es la visible limpieza del sillón y tapete de la sala , por lo demás todo muy limpio y funcional. Los alrededores hermosos y el lugar y recepción muy bien!! La comunicación muy buena en todo momento te contactan por whats

From our experience, the place didn't look like the pictures at all. Our appartment was very dirty (stains on the sofa, on the walls, on the sheets). We stayed only one night instead of four because we couldn't spend our vacation in an environment like that.

Overall nice property. Pretty pool but a little dirty for my liking. Good WiFi. Great location to lots of things. Good working A/C. Wish it had a washing machine. No drinkable water (so need to buy your own) or beach towels (but they did exchange towels for us)

El lugar es muy bonito. Podría mejorar con algunos detalles, pero en general está bien.

A great area of Tulum to stsy in, althou yoi will need transportation. The place is very comfortable. Good value.

Hermoso lugar para disfrutar y descansar. El personal muy amable y respetuoso. La cocina moderna, pero falta de utensilos para uso en la estufa. Solo dos sartenes servian. Solo dos tazas de cafe para una familia de 7 personas. Si pudieran poner los Sartenes correctos para el uso de ese tipo de estufa seria genial. Gracias. Ruth R

I have mixed feelings about this place and not sure if I would stay here again or not. After seeing some negative reviews on other booking sites, I was nervous about the cleanliness of our apartment prior to arrival. The receptionist kindly showed us to the penthouse and when we noticed stains on sheets and sofa, she seemed to shrug off our concerns. The grounds and main pool, however, appear to be well maintained. The location is on the cusp between the north side of the suburb and the south side of the town, within a single-entry road with a security guard. The main walkable areas of the town, suburbs, and beach are best reached by bike, moto, or car, as the place is a few minute drive away from most things. There is no daily or weekly cleaning service so be prepared to negotiate laundry and cleaning. The living room sofa in our penthouse was heavily stained and after reporting again to reception, it was only the very helpful maintenance gentleman who offered to cover the sofa with a blanket so we could sit comfortably during our stay. The small safe never worked and the primary door to the penthouse has only a simple turnkey lock. However, the area in general felt safe. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked bare minimally so a grocery store run for cleaning and cooking supplies (in addition to food and drink) was necessary. If you value a large space in one of the older apartment buildings located in a relatively quiet area, this place might be right for you.
