Property is beautiful and clean. Close to everything

Location was excellent and much larger unit than expected.

To avoid an unjustified charge at the end of your stay, make a list of defective, broken or abnormally worn items upon your arrival. Don't neglect the tips of the knifs and all plastic items in the fridge.

We really enjoyed our condo. Beautifully decorated spacious, clean and felt safe. Location was great, walking distance to everything. Will certainly recommend to friends.

It was a safe , clean and quit, with en exception on one day we decided to stay and rest the neighbors were doing some upgrades to their property and it was very loud and water was also shut off

Very nice penthouse. Close to everything, safe and easy. Made for an excellent home base for our Q Roo adventures. Would stay there again.

We were unable to travel over the holidays due to the unprecedented airline cancellations across North America. We were on the phone for 7 hours with our travel provider trying to make alternate arrangements however given the time of year coupled with the flight cancellations we were unable to arrange transportation from Canada. We reached out to the property personally and via our travel provider to try to come up with a solution ie extend dates forward, provide future credit or partial refund. We were happy to try to come up with a solution that worked for everyone. The property refused to budge on their cancellation policy which is absolutely unacceptable given the circumstances and our willingness to work with them to create a workable solution for all parties. The property was easily able to resell the room given it’s the busiest travel season of the year and the first post covid Holiday season. Furthermore, I had a local business colleague call to request a unit during our travel dates and the condo told them they were fully sold out therefore leading me to believe they resold the room and doubled their profits. For a business that relies on foreign dollars the whole situation is absolutely unacceptable and I would suggest that you avoid anything that Playa Associates holds interest.

We just got back from our 4 day getaway and highly recommend this place . The apartment was very big and fully equipped with everything you would need. The apartment was clean and the location was great. It was one block away from the Main Street so close to everything you need but far away enough that you did not hear any of the noise. Definitely recommend!!! Thank you for the great service

Great ocean view! Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Location proximity to Quinta Avenida was wonderful! Water pressure was pretty bad. Lots of noise from A/C units. Hot tub didn’t work. No water or power on our last morning, which maybe was scheduled but we weren’t told.

The property was very pretty and very well maintained. Everyone was very helpful and shops and dining were in walking distance.

We loved the penthouse condo. The view of the beach toward the ferries was lovely. The swinging bed was wonderful to read on while enjoying the view and the AC. The room had everything we needed. The pool and pool area was wonderful....immaculately maintained. We loved the location...close to the beach, shopping, and some of our favorite restaurants. The only drawback was the neighboring rooftop AC units were noisy. Luckily I’m half deaf, but they were bothersome to my other half. Also , I didn’t love the windowless shutters along one side of the room. You couldn’t really open them to enjoy the view without losing the AC benefit. Kind of minor complaints. We spent lots of time at the pool which never seemed to be very crowded.

It was a great location but the apartment smelled like mildew. There was also no WiFi. When we spoke to the front desk they said they’d send someone to look at it but nobody came. It’s hard when you are an overseas visitor not to have WiFi.

Excellent location. No elevator to our unit. Grounds well kept and secured.

This Condo is in perfect location for beach, restaurants and shops. It's absolutely beautiful from the moment you enter from the gates. Very well maintained, quiet and had amazing views from the terrace. I stayed in the penthouse studio, it had a swinging bed (quite fun!) + normal bed; large hot tub on the terrace with sea views and fully equipped kitchen. I would LOVE to stay there again! Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Small issues with front door banging due to the wind and noise from the air con/vents from hotel next door. Good stay otherwise and loved the terrace to sunbathe in. Staff extremely helpful.
