It is one of the finest hotels at which we have stayed. Wonderful desk service with gracious helpful staff. Friendly atmosphere, beautiful grounds, squeaky clean and comfy rooms. Again-the staff are all well-trained and extremely helpful and sweet.

The staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel has many amenities and a restaurant on site its great. It's very clean and is in great location to many activities.

The hotel is well located for the Parque Nacional del Agua. The inside grounds are beautiful with unbelievable plants throughout the area. The beautiful fountain with pottery is really great.

National Park is literally next to the property. I’m used to walking and enjoyed a daily 1 mile walk to the downtown area. I found good deals at the craft shops in front of the main entrance to the park. Picked up some nice souvenirs to take home there.
