I really liked this hotel. The front desk is very helpful and speaks good English. Even though this is a small hotel, it does have a bracelet to put on your wrist. There is a welcome drink and coupon for breakfast. The room is spacious, even has a tub in the room, also a refrigerator and two bottles of water. And the room does have a window to the outside.

像是小商品市场改建的，房间就是一个个商铺单间改造而来。完全是室内的房间，不但没有窗户，进门的那面墙就是毛玻璃，不仅没有安全感，晚上外面的灯光还会透进来，影响睡眠。没有热水壶和咖啡机，只能自己买矿泉水回来喝，喝不到热水。房间内没有衣架，也没有挂衣服的地方，设计不合理。当晚住进去11点了，洗澡水是冷的，第二天叫人来修，耽误我们好久不能出去，要求换房还被拒绝，服务态度不好。房间里一直有一种难闻的味道，好像是霉味。即使便宜也不推荐入住，真要预算紧张还不如去市区住了，也是正经按宾馆设计建造的，不会太离谱。

虽然没有海滩，但是到去公共海滩的路相当近，附近靠近商业区，买东西很不错。但是到那个标有cankun的公共沙滩比较远，其实是那个沙滩的位置不好啦。房间很大，但是很遗憾没有外窗，隔音效果也不好。

First off, that's not even a hotel, it's an old mall they turned into a zero-star hotel!!! Second, the breakfast is a total rip-off!!! They show all these fancy pictures of breakfast, but the only thing included is just toast and butter!!! For anything else, the cafe they send you to will charge you and if you want to get a very low level breakfast, you have to pay moee than 50usd per person!!!

La temática del hotel está increíble

Por el precio son buenas las habitaciones. Son amables. Se siente solo el lugar. Pero para descansar está excelente.

Ácudi al congreso médico. No acudí al check in….por que variocompañeros se hospedaron ahí y me comunicaron su experiencia, y tuve oportunidad de entrar a las instalaciones y a una habitacion#142,con muchas deficiencias contaminación por ruido,baño sin puerta en regadera, etc etc *todos mis compañeros hospedados se salieron de las instalaciones al día siguiente* Me siento defraudado por la página por una promoción del hotel que no cumple con lo mínimo de intalciones dignas y por el hotel por ser un engaño. Tuve que hace otra reserva .

Hotel tranquilo y cómodo cerca de la zona principal de Cancun. Muy recomendable en costo-beneficio

This hotel was so bad, I attempted to leave early so I would t have to stay another night. Dirty, dirty towels, cold water in the shower that wouldn’t get hot, disgusting bathrooms in the common areas. 0/10

10 out of 10 for the Ac and Bed. Everything was perfect, the room was nice and in a great location for the price. Biggest problem they never cleaned until the 4th day after we asked them, but other than i would stay here again its an amazing affordable hotel. Not a luxury resort but its worth staying here for the price. I loved it!!! Because the AC was cold as hell and the bed was amazing.

This place works for me. I’ve stayed a couple times. It’s got large rooms and a comfortable bed. The location is close to beaches, great food options, a very large grocery store. Right across from Dreams resort where you can access the beach and rent a Hobi Cat for sailing or jet skis. I take the local red bus everywhere for $1. WiFi works fine. You may have to run the hot water for a while before it heats up. Large soaker tubs in the rooms. Just know there are no windows in the rooms, not much security in the building and no amenities like a pool or fitness center. That said there’s a lot to do in the area and many diving shops and tour opportunities.

Si vous recherchez un hôtel à proximité de la plage et du nightlife de Cancun à un prix modique, cet hôtel est pour vous! L'hôtel est généralement en mauvais état. Moisissure au plafond à certains endroits, escaliers roulant qui ne fonctionnent pas, insonorisation inexistante, toilette brisée, wifi qui ne fonctionne pas toujours, bref, nous sommes loins des hôtels de luxe qu'offre Cancun. Pour le prix payé, ça fait du sens. Nous nous sommes fait réveillé en pleine nuit par un homme et deux femmes qui criaient devant notre porte de chambre. Ils étaient en colère et ça a pris près d'une heure avant que la situation soit gérée par un employé. De nombreuses personnes sont sorties de leurs chambres pour leur demander de se taire, sans succès. Il y avait d'ailleurs énormément de gens en état d'ébriété à cet hôtel. Je ne recommande pas l'endroit pour les familles. Sinon, la localisation est top! Moins de 10 minutes de marche d'une plage et de nombreux restaurants et commerces.

Otroligt dåligt skick på boendet och inte alls som bilder. Vi fick först ett rum där badrummet var helt mögligt och vattentrycket i duschen var knappt något vatten alls. Rummet var inte städat och klibbigt på golvet. och det var hår i sängen. Sen fick vi byta boendet och renligheten var på samma nivå och hade problem med toalett att kunna spola. De hjälpte oss men fanns knappt varmvatten. Väldigt dåligt skick och stämmer inte alls som bilderna.

Excelente servicio y habitaciones cumplen muy bien solo llegamos para descansar ya que hicimos actividades pero todo excelente recomendable y muy tranquilo 👍

No encontraron mi reservación y me llevo A pagar otra habitación a 1 hr de distancia el primer día, después la encontraron, pero ya había perdido todo el día No hay agua suficiente en las regaderas y tampoco caliente, múltiples goteras incluyendo el cuarto. En general muy malo
