Not a great facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it has a good vibe. But the pool is right outside your front door and it is kind of odd. Not a well designed place, but the friendliness of the staff mostly overcome that, at least for a night or two.

It's an ok place to stay. Not too expensive compared to other accommodation in the region. The hotel could do with some overdue maintenance, but overall it was clean and quiet(ish).
Close to the ruins, but you need your own transportation.

O hotel é simples, mas com atendimento muito bom e quarto enorme. O quarto possuía 3 camas, sendo 1 king e 2 casal, além de mesa com 4 cadeiras, frigobar e TV. Estacionamento gratuito na rua, em frente ao hotel. Chuveiro caia pouca água. É um bom hotel para quem passa o dia todo fora e só necessita de um lugar cômodo e não muito caro para dormir.

This was our second year staying at Mestizo Gallery and we really appreciated the convenience and comfort of the room. It's an oasis from the street and busy area. We plan to stay again next year.

コメントでも見られるが、大通りに面しているため、夜の騒音が気になる。気にならない部屋もあるかも知れないが、泊まった部屋は今一だった。
アメニティはタオル、シャンプー、石鹸揃っており、ドライヤーも完備されている。
ただ部屋の上部から黒い粉のようなものが降ってきて堆積していたのが気になる。

The hotel is a long way from the beaches and there was little reasonably priced options to get to the beach or ruins from the hotel. Staff and service at the hotel was very good. The hotel is beside a busy highway with a lot of heavy traffic which interfered with sleeping. The amenities in the room were a little underwhelming. A long walk to the main part of Tulum town. It was a satisfactory stay overall for 4 nights.
